Nightmare Moon's an alicorn that can fly and shoots lasers everywhere, while Vader has a laser sword thing and can choke things at will. I'd put my bets on Nightmare Moon since she can fly, but Vader could win by force-choking her. Then again, Nightmare can just fire at Vader and defeat him. It really depends on how the Force works on immortal alicorns.
