    It feels very Marvel-esque where it's a mix of cool visuals/concepts, whiteness, and self awareness. Where was this in season 6?

    Both episodes sucked. Too much Starlight. In all seriousness it was a great way to start a new season.

    Hasbro was upset with the trailer apparently. Doubt the movie has the trailer's tone.

    Expect: Fun 100 minute musical with a lot of references and of course a Sia song that will be played on the radio on stop. Want: That plus the film to take adults seriously to instead of kids, a la Inside Out instead of maybe Storks (which is still a good film but isn't thought provoking like anything Pixar or Laika does).

    Hasbro will still release a couple more trailers with actual footage and all the characters. Teasers normally don't show anything from the movie itself. Right now Hasbro just needs to get the word out that the movie exists, which they did (as evidenced by the hoards of Bronies hyped up and Anti-Bronies being salty).

    I love those that are saying they will see the movie just to see Brony cringe. Thanks for giving Hasbro more money!
