Anyone Remember "My Little Pony: A Very Minty Christmas"?

I saw this film a few years ago, and instantly I loved Minty! Not even kidding, I had OCD that was that bad or worse. When she kept trying to fix that snowman's head before it fell off, that would had been me! Seriously related to her. I know this film isn't the best, but.................Well, it inspired a story. It took many months, had 90,000 words and NO COMMENTS when I posted it.... But you know what? I didn't give up! Even now I'm reworking it for a second release, with improved writing and fixes. Altho improving is taking a Dragon's age but when it's done, it will be worth the hard work. So A Very Minty Christmas is very dear to my heart, because without it, I would not have this story which is turning out to be my biggest project ever attempted. Celestia help me. Funny how stuff like that just happens. -
I didn't even care that I saw thumbnails, Lightning had been my fave flyer since S3 and to have her back had granted my biggest wish.....Well, other than seeing a relative for Scootaloo! Time's running out show, are you going to end with that as a big mystery to get us talking for years to come? If so, you crafty little buggers... -
This Ep was awesome! But something Applegeek said worries me, when he was looking up Kirin lore (Niriks are way cooler, about 50% cooler!) he found this. Or something like that, can't remember the exact quote he said. Well, Faust originally had Twilight surpassing Celestia way back in the day but...Hm, did the FIM Staff do hard research on Kirin and if so....what will happen in S9?

So I've this theory in my head for a long time now. Btw this might contain a spoiler or two if you haven't seen Flurry Of Emotions or S8's final. So be warned. Let us begin with this. Cozy Glow's plan seems a bit unfinished to me. After all, her goal was to get rid of all magic yet did not do a thing regarding the Tree nor the Elements. And after she was caught, sealed inside Tartarus likely without her parents' knowledge mind you, and she just smiles. But...if her aim was to get into Tartarus why didn't she just do so and not alert anybody until it was too late? My guess? There's something in there she wanted, but what could that be? At first my theory was the Alicorn Amulet which I believe is the 7Th Element, corrupted. But there just isn't anything to back it up---but I'll post what I do know: Where was I? Ah, yeah my theory holds very little water to what others have said. But my next theory could very well be true. Is it a known fact within the show that if it's in a book, it's canon. Nightmare Moon's return (which is a paradox when you think of the sealed forever bit, me thinks Celestia lifted that seal herself), the Dazzlings, Tirek's first defeat, and even Snowfall Frost's story could had been true. And Grogar was name dropped in Flurry Of Emotions. In a book, being defeated. And where do baddies go when their defeated and not stoned? TARTARUS! Cue Spike Whose Grogar? Here's his Wiki page. So my theory is that Grogar is what Cozy is after. But then, why alert Equestria? Why bother with the first plan? I have an answer, and it's from a brony who I wish was still following the show.

@Millennium Shadow Speedy has too much of a backstory to 100% be my sonya. He's his own character with his own perks. And sure. ^^ And no. The censored bits are just text, but are adult in what they reveal about him. @Bas First, love the avatar. ^^ And I never thought of Hellboy when giving him that feature but wow it makes sense. X3 5 posts huh? Well, I'll be sure to post a lot when I can. ^^

@Millennium Shadow Yes and ye-not exactly my ponysona but he's pretty close to being it. As for his horn, let's just say he went a tad bit like Starlight did when she was after revenge. Just replace "revenge" with "sudden realization of his past" and going a tad bit evil until he broke off his horn. Again, that will be explained in depth whenever the book linked under his sheet gets written (currently still learning of "show more" than tell). As for the removed bits......I can't say here. ^^; It's censored for a reason, even tho it's very minor.

Hey every pony! I've been thinking of joining a new forum since the first one I joined shut down...and I tell ya having OCD jumbled with personal matters, time tends to flash by. ^^; My main passion is to write, and I'm still improving. I'll get that RPG game the show dances around done before Gen7, I swear. X3 I'm 25 years old, male, tons of creative thoughts but my head cramps up after a while and I tend to be Fluttershy's brother when it comes to work...earlier today I wrote 2000 words and gave myself a headache. Cursed, my brain is. But at any rate! I know S9 is just recently confirmed as...well, you know, but I hope to enjoy my time here and just enjoy the show for years to come. And thus, with this intro complete, I shall reclose the gates to Tartarus now....Oh yeah! My character is named Speedy, I'd explain him but saving that for a WIP book I'm trying to figure out.
