I have so many questions for the G5 MLP movie after seeing it for the first time, and a lot of the questions that I had for it I thought would get answered in the movie, but unfortunately they weren’t. Here’s a summary of some of the questions I have so far that I’d like to be answered: How do the sun and moon revolve without magic? We all know that in MLP FiM magic was harnessed by Celestia and Luna which allowed them to control of the sun and the moon to give Equestria a day and night cycle. But now that all the magic is gone with that the 3 ponies races separated and that Celestia and Luna are no longer around, how do the sun and moon revolve now on their own without the Alicorn magic that was used to move them? How far in the future is G5 set after G4? In the G5 movie it was stated that many moons ago and a long time ago all the pony species were living in harmony which was around the time of G4, but it doesn’t give an exact number on how many years ago that all was. It is mentioned that the period G4 was in is referred to Ancient Equestria, so I’d assume that it was a few thousand years after the events of MLP FiM, but we’re really still not sure and I’d like to know for certain. What caused the pony races to separate? The movie explained that all the pony races were separated from one another which caused the racism between the earth ponies, unicorns, and pegasuses. But it didn’t give an explanation on how all of that happened and how all the ponies began to become racist with each other again. I would assume it was due to a catastrophic event that occurred between MLP FiM and this movie, but I would like to know what that event is exactly. Is Zephyr Heights actually built on the ruins of Canterlot? It was shown in some promotional material that Zephyr Heights was located on the same looking mountain as Canterlot was in MLP FiM, and many people assumed it was built on the ruins of it, but it was never fully revealed if it was in the movie. There was the scene where Zipp brought Sunny and Izzy down to an old room with artifacts from MLP and that’s where they found one of the crystals, but that didn’t give it away and it didn’t look like any room that I knew in Canterlot’s castle or anything. What’s the origin behind those crystals? Despite knowing that the crystals being combined are what caused the magic to come back once all the pony races showed true friendship with each other, we were never given the full origin story behind the crystals. Perhaps they were crafted a while ago, around the time of MLP FiM in Equestria’s early history, but we were never revealed the true origin behind the crystals, and I would like to know how they were created and how they came to be. I have plenty more questions for G5 MLP, but those are the ones that I have so far which I hope will be answered later in the television series that we will be getting.

I couldn’t agree more with that. Should have just shown a better ending without the coronation and about Twilight and all the characters saying goodbye to one character who was leaving Equestria and that should have been Luster Dawn, and the lesson of the episode would be to say goodbye. And also no in the future and no flashbacks but a whole episode revolving around farewell. -

I’ve spent the 10th anniversary of MLP FiM by mostly watching tributes of certain MLP characters and commemorating them for their efforts in the show for the past 10 years. But I’ve also played with my MLP action figures by styling them, watched some other iconic MLP videos as well as played some MLP games on my iPad. I’m so proud to be a brony and I’m proud of what the characters in My Little Pony have achieved throughout the years, because My Little Pony never fails to amaze me, even its 10th anniversary was really special and I have been enjoying it.

S09:E26 - The Last Problem
DarkyBoode32 replied to Twilight Sparkle ✨'s topic in Season 9 Discussion
The last problem wasn't a real episode of MLP FIM, before I get to my point about my opinion on that I want to share my experience of what I felt when watching the episode. When I first started viewing it I expected nothing out of the ordinary and thought it'd be a normal episode that shows a way to say goodbye and end the series off there. But I discovered in the first minute or so that Twilight Sparkle didn't look right and she looked like Pricess Celestia and even had her body shape, it was really weird and I felt very weirded out after seeing it. Also, Spike looked to be a chonky Arnold Schwarzenegger dragon rather than a small baby dragon like he originally was. When I continued watching the Last Problem it was clear to me throughout the viewing of the episode, that it seemed as if it was MLP FIM turned into a weird alternate timeline. But I then saw a flashback and saw that apparently Twilight left Ponyville and moved to Canterlot which weirded me out even more. And after seeing the flashback and then having the show end with a song of Twilight going through Ponyville, the song The Magic Of Friendship Grows wasn't necessarily a bad song but it really didn't fit my taste. And then the last episode of MLP FIM closed with the book in which MLP FIM started with. Now seeing as I was weirded out by the whole episode the Last Problem, I later came to realise that the Last Problem wasn't at all a real episode of MLP FIM but it was a fabricated ending to the franchise. I have some compelling evidence that I will attach below here which is how I came to the conclusion that the Last Problem wasn't a real MLP episode. 1. Twilight would never be big2. Spike would never be big3. Celestia and Luna would never retire4. Twilight will never be ruler of Equestria5. Bad dialogue6. Equestria needs 4 princesses7. Twilight would never leave Ponyville if she didn’t want to8. Twilight needs to run the School of Friendship9. Starlight, Trixie and Sunburst would never run the school of friendship if they didn’t want to10. Missing the last train11. Couldn’t have been recorded because the Mane 6 are still young12. The book at the end was left in Twilight Sparkle’s old house So there you have it everybody. Those are my thoughts about the MLP FIM episode the Last Problem. Now I would appreciate it if nobody calls me deluded for thinking that the Last Problem never happened, because the MLP forums should be a safe place where everyone is nice to each other and not rude. But at least I know that the Last Problem never happened and the official and real ending to MLP FIM was the episode the ending of the end part 2. But be sure to leave nice replies to my comment if you're interested in me discussing this. -
Cars... in Equestria?
DarkyBoode32 replied to Twilight Sparkle ✨'s topic in MLP:FiM Canon Discussion
There are no cars in Equestria, never have we seen any or ever will see any. In Manehatten they have black tar roads and streetlights like you’d see in cities in the human world, but instead of cars they use carriages for transport around the city. The taxis in Manehatten aren’t cars at all but they’re carriages which are meant to be substitutes for cars. The reason as to why Equestria doesn’t have cars is unknown but I have a few reasons for this. I guess in Equestria it’s more environmentally friendly that way because cars have exhausts which release carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. Also cars are meant to be designed for biped use as humans are bipeds and we have seats designed for us to sit back in, but ponies are quadrupeds and they wouldn’t be able to sit in car seats comfortably. The steering wheel is also something which can be perfectly gripped and used by hands, if hooves were to try and grip a steering wheel they wouldn’t do it well and it would mean ponies wouldn’t be able to turn the steering wheel properly and would be at a greater risk of crashing.- 53 replies

Hey Sweetie Belle, is there a way I can get to Equestria so I can give you a hug and a cuddle? You’re just so cute, I can’t handle it.

Is there a religion in Equestria?
DarkyBoode32 replied to Wonderbolt Slipstream's topic in MLP:FiM Canon Discussion
No there isn’t. Ponies just did not think of the idea of having gods or deities to worship, whereas us humans did. I have gone through and read many articles on why we conjured up religions in the first place and I found some reasons why that are the opposite to how ponies benefitted to their civilisation. Instead of using religion to form peace between individuals, ponies instead used friendship as seen in the episode ‘Hearth’s Warming Eve’ before the founding of Equestria when all 3 pony groups realised that friendship was the key they used each other to work together. We used religion to form peace between individuals, however though ponies used friendship as apposed to religion in this sense. Religion has been also used to form societies and organise political views. Ponies have used magic instead of using religion in that sense, seeing as Celestia and Luna have the most powerful magical forces than any other pony in Equestria. I hope this cleared it up for everyone. -
I’d suspect the Cutie Mark Crusaders to be born sometime between 2004-2005. Because I was born in 2004, and the way they age in the show is pretty much accurate to how I’ve aged since I was 6 years old in 2010 to 15 years old in 2019. And I think now they’re 15, but when the show first aired in 2010, they were 6. Or they could have been born in 2005, but probably at the start of the year considering that we see how different fillies look at the age of 5 in the episode For Whom The Sweetie Belle Toils. And the show aired at the end of 2010, and now they’re probably 14.
