    Excuses. Just be honest. Being rude and call outs over petty reasons. Let’s not poke the bear unless it’s really necessary. The bear does deserve it sometimes but let’s not turn non problems into problems. Fake, drama starting and catty behavior. I’m out of high school. Let’s leave that behavior there. Spamming and messages in all caps. Had a coworker twice my age felt obligated to do both of these things a few weeks ago. Spamming my email and teams chat at the same time isn’t going to make me respond any faster to you. It’s kid like. Comparing someone to another and telling that person to make them feel bad about themselves. Had a bunch of men at my old job feel obligated to do that to a woman I worked with. Which lead to issues between us because the men felt obligated to tell her she was fat compared to me. That she ate too much compared to me. Gross behavior truly. And again leaving this here, Drama starters. Rumor spreaders and liars. Leave me out of your circus. Being talked down to or people who make you feel like you’re less. Especially when it’s over petty stuff. Like Oh, you shop THERE, Oh yikes
