    Theories: 1. Grew up in a family of haughty unicorns descended from Platinum. 2. Got his cutie mark scarred by a non pony since he didn't show his cutie mark in the show. 3. Tempest was his childhood friend and went apart because of the Ursa Minor

    1. Rarity immediately shields Spike from harm when he's hit by Chrysalis, and he returns the favour when her shield shatters. They then combine their fire breath and unicorn magic into a Beam-O-War that nearly overpowers Chrysalis. Scene: Because of Spike's crush on Rarity, it led to a romantic relationship rather than a friendship in the show. 2. Blink and you miss it, but right before the episode cuts to the flashback of the Student Six rallying everyone, Yona and Sandbar hold hooves. Scene: This ship might slightly be in the same explanation as Ship #1 3. Everyone might have seen this, in where the episode went to the unicorns listening to Twilight, Neighsay and Tempest were looking at each other. This might be a ship that wasn't been liked by anyone or is not used by some. Scene: Someone please put some explanation for this. Thank you 😌
