      "Izzy coded" meaning it sounds like something Izzy would say. "Sparkle" basically meaning someone's whimsiness, a sort of positive aura or vibes. I think I remember Izzy talking about her sparkle in the show, and the whole "shining too bright to be dulled out" very much fits her personality, so it reminded me of her.
