I like to do cardio in specific, and a lot of it. I greatly enjoy running, I'm an ol runner. I used to run multiple times a week but things have greatly changed and the circumstances aren't under my control, haven't been able to work lately either, I used to love working and having a place to be, a place that I was genuinely wanted.
I have been distraught about getting back in shape and it's of big concern to me, I know it's just one of those things that I know I should have complete control over, my dieting & exercise.
I love to jog/run, I love to stay physically active and or productive in some way, however my health as a whole is of ultimate concern.
I just want to "Run Free", I've been very stressed and I feel like running is something that actually helps reduce my anxiety and burn off some excess energy, switch my mentality up a little bit by getting back on a routine.
Anyways, NOT ENOUGH is the ultimate conclusion
Just been taking regular walks at the communities dog park and it's been alright, just need to keep active, active as I can. See people, see some cool dogs, and keep on my feet.
