Yes,  unity is worth fighting for, but it is a lesson many humans had failed at sadly, DrWolf. Those friendship lessons go over the heads of a lot of people, which is sad. Giving into grudges instead of resolving differences with dialogue is a cultural thing at this point. My Little Pony Friendship is Magic would've had good lessons if people had actually paid attention to them. But who does? ideals of justice, love and redemption are apparently "too woke". I have a nihilistic view of the human condition, kindness is not very common, unfortunately.
