I like Fluttershy's element of kindness in My Little Pony. The truth is kindness is the social glue that keeps sentient beings together. With enough kindness, aggression is stopped. Kindness to me, makes life worth living. In the absence of kindness is war and division. Kindness is not a weakness, if it were, why is it that war that robs sentient beings of their autonomy, but kindness does not? Fluttershy is such a well received MLP character because of this, she demonstrates bravery even when not everyone shows her kindness back, that is a form of wisdom worth aspiring to.
