Good thing I decided to put my plasma ball on the top shelf. EMI not good with computers, I know they can cause distortion with speakers so that's not a good sign. It's a 6 volt operated device, but it's still not a good idea. Doesn't seem to get particularly warm though, that's a good sign, means it should have a good lifespan as it's not one of those shoddy electronics with poor power management. I cannot use wireless devices in my bedroom anymore, darn physics and all that.
