    In The Beginning of the End, when The Mane Six use the Elements of Harmony on King Sombra to save the Crystal Empire, it is shown at the end of Part 1 he faked his defeat and then destroyed the Tree and Elements of Harmony, the Elements works on every Villain except for Sombra, How come they don’t work on Sombra?
