My tube amp returning home from the war coming back from being repaired. Though, I see they couldn't resist damaging the front panel in the process. Least I was able to superglue it flat. -

It's difficult for me to cry anymore, but after several years Moonflowers Bloom In Misery by Swallow the Sun managed managed to get me full on weeping a while back. The growls and screams of the chorus reaches far into your soul and drags the deepest of pains and emotions straight out. Pretty much this. -

Disappointed but not surprised that even in cartoon worlds aimed at pre-schoolers they can't stop normalising perpetual conflict in the Middle East. Looking at you, Bluey. Already wasn't interested and I truly never will be.

With that in mind, I find myself drawn to media that is more towards a "family" audience, I find the writing is forced to be more intelligent. I've grown very tired of "adult" media that has washed out colours and excessive amounts of gore, sex and violence to show just how "mature" it is, it becomes boring when you just outright state this stuff, I find implied humour is way funnier and has more gravitas.

What, you don't like the idea of clutching your belly and unborn baby to restore your sanity when it gets scary? Yup, nope. That was honestly absolutely horrific in the wrongest of ways. Amnesia: The Dark Descent will forever hold a special place in my heart, those voicechats in 2012 as we made our way through those hallowed halls were something else.

Only tried to watch the first episode of Tell Your Tale when it first came out, the only redeeming factor was that the King of the Hill intro song fit almost perfectly over the top of it. Not a fan of the influencer/streamer culture and mobile phones either.

I'm not terribly concerned, I do have a container for them. It's just me putting them in strange places when I get up to do something, they usually find their way back to me - even if it occasionally takes a day or two, I just grab another until it does. Despite that I've managed to keep these same picks for the last 3 years.

Dry herb vape when I do. It helps with the PTSD. Not a huge fan of the juices, though a number of years ago I tried out some CBD ones.

A duduk and Hardanger fiddle I would love to get ahold of but both of those require exceptional investments, I'm stretched a little thin as it is with my current instruments. Perhaps in a distant future.
