I do have to admit, I have learned few things myself from the show in addition to improving my overall outlook on things. Yeah, friends can be assholes and such, but if they're there for you in the end, they're still friends aren't they? And if all they do is single you out for their personal enjoyment, I don't quite understand how that even makes them friends. I went through the whole "fandom is way better than IRL friends" phase myself, but now I'm balancing both my other and brony friends quite nicely. Once you figure out who your true friends are, you won't need to worry about be treated like crap, because the ones who don't respect the fact that you don't like it aren't true friends.

The "great battle" some call it, was one of the most important wars fought in Equestria. Mainly because Napoleonpony's tactical advantages he came up with that won the battle. After so many victories, he was famous around Equestria. In honor of his great accomplishments, and to remember him always, this portrait of him was put on this train. This pretty much sums it up, presentation is everything in captivating an audience. Great example is FiM (the show) itself. Previous gen's lacked in story development and came off as just plain despised due to the lack of quality in presentation, while FiM took the cartoon concept into overdrive by relating characters and scenarios to real world content. I think we all know what kind of fanbase reaction that generated...

I've made my fair share of accidental references in front of my non brony friends and its changed some of my views on certain things, so yeah, I guess you could say it has.

Haters gonna hate... the more you try the more they'll troll. It's a sad reality, but some people just can't get passed their close mindedness. This dude hating on MLP and bronies is ultimately his own loss, so I'd just sit back and let him waste his time.

It would be awesome to meetup with everyone here on the forums! But unfortunately being so spread out geographically does have its major issues... With all the con's in planning and various meetup groups theres definitly an expanding social movement though, and honestly something like that would probably be the most realistic way to meetup with other bronies. Oh and 92- California represent XD!

I love making random references to the show when I'm around my non-brony friends, they're so clueless xD. Aside from that, I have said brohoof accidentally before and use 20% to describe just about any percentage haha

Pretty much sums up my reaction. A show like MLP having a main character die is like... well most grimdark fanfics, another words completely unrealistic.

Seems like the "mods" need a lesson on how to correctly moderate. Keeping everything fair and level is the sole purpose of moderation, so if they aren't achieving it, they fail at their own jobs.
