  1. Ok, I'm officially your fan lol. Love your eyes and your hair n.n

Funnily enough, I've actually had had a couple women tell me their jealous of my hair and how easily it was yo grow (I basically just stopped cutting it a few years ago when I started to like the looks of how it was growing after a couple months of not dealing with it) and just the other day I was carrying a Christmas wreath around and the cashier said I looked like Jesus.

Thoooooooooose amazing eyes ;-; <3 love the pic so badly x3

I do love your eyes too x3 they kinda look green aren't they? How long is your hair? :3 hope it's fine if I ask lol

My eyes are Hazel but have that thing with the gold rings (kind of like what you see in someone of Middle-Eastern descent) in certain light. I'll have to post a pic with my hair down because it's actually pretty long (I'm 5' 4' and some of it goes nearly 3/4 down my back)

Okay, excuse the bathroom being renovated behind me, the shitty picture (hard to use the back camera like you need to indoors) and bedhead but here's my hair down (spoiler because it turned out huge and I don't know the resizing code for this forum)

Also, as a bonus have this awkward one where I accidentally did a Mr Bean face that I'm actually starting to find hilarious the more I look at it.

  3. I guess I split these into the fantastical and realistic.

    Fantastic

Being part of a paranormal investigation team

    Being an Immortal (Highlander)

All kinds of self-insert fanfic type stuff.

    Realistic

    Being a musician

    Great artist

    Well known fanfic writer

Well known creator of gaming videos

  4. I hope so, the animation is so pretty (especially on the later seasons) that it would be a disservice to buy it on SD-DVD (also, I here the transfer/compressing on the current DVDs is really bad and does things like mute some of the colors)

I'm honestly holding out and waiting for BR releases before I buy the show on "tape" because I want the full HD experience out of it.

  5. You overestimate our power and sales. While Its nice to think that, We're in the minority compared to the sheer purchasing power of the intended audience. I wouldn't put bronies over 20% of the sales at this point, especially with all the bronies that jump ship in S3 and S4.

I meant successful as in amount of content, we have:

Three movies (two of which came to theaters)

    Several chapter books

    Two ongoing comic series

TWO detailed collector's grade guides to the show

Five seasons totaling 117 episodes with another on the way (the original TMNT was 193, to give you an idea of what long-running is for a cartoon)

    Numerous high-quality toys

    Clothing

FOUR trading card sets (one of which is a full-on TCG)

    A mobile game

Chances without feedback from older fans and the money we spend on that more expensive stuff, we wouldn't have it.

  6. We're in season 5 right now.

    Shit, I mean S6.

I'm having one of depression episodes where I barely know what day it is, so disregard my broken internal clock.

If G4 was going to end after S6 and the movie, Studio B should just go HAM and destroy all of the headcanons bronies have developed over the years.

"Because yes, let's piss off the fandom that was almost solely responsible for making us the must popular and successful cartoon in years, and the biggest generation of MLP ever by a massive margin."

  7. Guys, calm down.

This is whole write-up is complete and extraordinary here-say with no sources, name given to the supposed lawyer, or qoutes from the actual bill (of which the leaked version we have is ancient)

  8. You done the equivalent of asking a parent to chose their favorite child.

I loved MGS2 for it's message about passing the torch and how important the free exchange of ideas is.

I loved MGS3 because Subsistence was the first MGS game to use the third-person camera and marked an evolution in gameplay. Young Ocelot was also awesome.

I loved MGS4 because of the beautiful way it wrapped up Snake's story.

I'm loving MGS5 for it's beautiful graphics and bringing the open-world concept into play.

  9. Mother of Celestia...

That looks absolutely amazing on my smartphone. I seriously can't tell that isn't real life, aside from the camera angle. Only in a video game do you see a horse's plot like that.

The best part is that it's only had around medium-high settings, roughly the equivalent to what it runs at on the PS4 and the game's default settings. The Fox Engine is just that amazing.

I can't imagine how it will look was I upgrade to a 970 and can really push it.

  10. The Fox Engine is obscenely well-optimized like the Source Engine was, so that's a bad example. There's still plenty of games runnng at sub-1080p native resolution and locked at 30FPS.

  11. It would be sort of a fantasy/light-horror/humor thing with a tone similar to a Saturday morning cartoon and I already have profiles for three characters, sorry about the horribly errors but these are hasty and unedited. The forum also did some weird things to it because I guess it hates apostrophes

    Name: Michael

    Age: 20

    Eye’s: Green

    Hair: N/A

    Color: Redish-Orange

    Height: 4ft(?)

    Species: Fox

    Gender: Male

    Family: Alex(Father),  Sarah(Sister), Samantha(Sister), Fiona(Mother)

    Friends: Nick(Teammate/co-worker)

Clothing: Jeans, T-Shirt, Brown Leather Jacket(matte/rough finish), Black And white Tennis Shoes

The oldest official member and founder of the Cryptid team, Mike is probably the most level-headed of the crew and usually fills the role of team leader. His experience is in parapsychology and analyzing what can be called hard evidence of hauntings such as photo, video, and audio. As a result he’s often the one in charge of setting up equipment.

He’s fiercely protective of friends and family(especially his younger sister, Sarah who often tags along on jobs and stays at HQ) and despite his calm, relaxed, and often happy demeanor he get very mad, very quickly if any of them are threatened or otherwise hurt.

He’s also the technical owner the team car, a Ford Mustang painted green with a white racing stripe that drives more like an old pick-up then a muscle care due to the fact it can be described as held together with duct-tape and prayers.

Another character from my planned comic, I basically wanted to make a vampire character and subvert every edgy stereotype by making it an almost childlike cute monster girl.

Name: Daniele (everyone pretty much calls her “Aunt Dani”)

    Species Vampire/Fox

    Hair: Purple

    Fur: White

    Eyes: Red

    Height: 4ft 5in.

    Age: Unknown

Clothing: Normally lounges around in PJ pants and a tank top or T-Shirt, but has a pair of purple overalls for when she actually has to go outside and get things done.

Family: Alex (adopted son) Andrew (adopted son), Michael (grandson), Sarah (granddaughter) Samantha (Granddaughter), Fiona (daughter-in-law)

History: Really no-one knows much about her past other than she apparently comes from a clan that refuses to feed on living things and survives by stealing donated blood from hospitals and blood banks. Before the advent of that system the rules we’re a bit more loose but still forbid feeding on anything but feral animals. She was a friend of Alex’s family and adopted him and his brother when they lost their parents at a young age.

Personality: For lack of a better word: she’s a dork. She tends to have an endearing streak of immaturity and childlike personality that resulted in her being a loving mother to Andy as Alex, as well a beloved aunt to the laters children, even if it was a rocky start with his stepson, Mike as neither him or Fiona remembered to explain the vampire thing before staying over at her house for the first time due to stressful circumstances.

You pretty much have to forget have to forget everything you’ve even been told about vampires to understand her because “dreaded creature of the night” or “angsty broken bird” are things that pretty much paint an image completely reversed from who she really is (well, maybe the former comes into play if threaten or family or friends). You’ll likely find her lounging around in her night clothes watching either cartoons, cheesy 90s TVshows, or old horror movies when she’s not sleeping in the upstairs closet of her farmhouse that serves as her bedroom (enclosed spaces and all)

Of notes is the fact that she seems to be of some higher-class of vampire that is nearly immune to the normal weaknesses. Sunlight only makes her uncomfortable ( a combination of easy sunburns and hurting her eyes) and a long and complicated line of events demonstrated a shocking fact Alex forgot to mention BEFORE everyone nearly had a heart-attack, that fact being that even the old fallback of a wooden stake only puts her into a coma until someone pulls it out.

Also, she likes to ride in the trunk and think we all know she got that idea from.

    Name: Alex

    Age: 38

    Species: Fox

    Gender: Male

    Height: 4ft 2in

    Eyes: Blue

Hair: White (fairly long with short bangs and usually worn in a ponytail)

Clothing: Red Flannel, Jeans, White Undershirt, Brown Cowboy Boots

Family: Fiona (Wife), Michael (Step-Son), Samantha (Daughter), Sarah (Daughter), Andrew (Brother), Daniele (Adoptive Parent)

Friends: Nick, the presumably parentless 16 year old drop-out of the Cryptid team that’s all but been adopted by him and his family. He’s grown to see him almost like a surrogate son.

Alex married Fiona about 15 years ago and is the person Mike has known as a real father ever since, due to his biological one being an abusive and miserable jerk (trust me when I say I have much stronger language I could use, but we’re not sure what the author intends to be the age-rating on this comic yet).

It’s also evident that Alex is where got his devotion to those he cares about it, despite Alex have a much more calm demeanor that conceals his fighting spirit quite a bit better until push comes to shove, in contrast to Mike being a little more hyper and hot-headed, if still laid-back. He’s also far more open-minded in contrast his son’s insistence on trusted his equipment more than his own senses. This likely the result of being raised by a vampire, thus leaving him no doubt that the paranormal is alive and well.

When he’s not serving as an occasional member of the team to he works in the auto-shop he owns or spends time at home with his family.

  12. Well, too bad, because those exclusives do matter. To me, and plenty of others.

As I've said plenty of times, it's about games that we like, it's not about the amount of exclusives. I'm not throwing away playing franchises that I enjoy playing.

Why can't you just accept that for a number of people the PC can not 'replace' consoles - including PS4 and Xbox One? Opinions. That's all this is. It doesn't hurt you for other people to enjoy things you don't.

You act like I'm saying things that I'm clearing not. It's ultimately up to each individual how they choose to game and I'm only stating the objective strengths of the PC platform and that the number of platform exclusives is shrinking for about everyone but Nintendo. Hell, I even plan to get a PS4 and WiiU as soon as the price drops a bit on all that stuff second-hand because I'm a collector.

It could replace them just like a car can replace a truck. The key thing here here is which thing comes on-top in the benfits-to-sacrifices ratio for each person.

  13. This is not our discussion. You said that the PC can replace consoles, and I'm saying that for some people that's not true, because they like exclusive franchises on those consoles. I never said anything about the amount of exclusives on the consoles, that is irrelevant.

Yes, it can very much replace consoles as long as the exclusives aren't an issue for you because there's like a 95% overlap between PC and the big two.
