    OC shipping seldom does well, however, since it's Octavia, I think it could be done well, as long as you give a great characterization to both your OC and Octavia. Since your OC is practically a male Octavia, I think you should try to focus more on his character, backstory, and personality.

    I'll be honest and say that Living the Dream is possibly one of the worst trollfics this fandom has ever had the disgrace to stumble upon.

    I think the whole New Lunar Republic thing is just a way to show how much of a rabid Luna fan you are. I hate most of the fanon. I prefer the name Minuette over Colgate. I'm indifferent towards Derpy.

    So, I was just thinking about what would have happened if Nightmare Moon had won and brought eternal night to Equestria. Well, I thought that no day = no sun = no heat, meaning that it would always be cold. With that, plants would eventually perish, since they can't live without sunlight. Even if ponies managed to live a while without plants, they, along with every other living being, would eventually die of starvation due the lack of plants and oxygen. Eternal night would become an eternal darkness of death, with no one to witness the 'beauty' of the night, as Nightmare Moon desired. It seems like she didn't think that one very well...

    Well, thanks. I might add and fix some stuff, later, if I remember. Your OC is lovely as well. I can really see her as a designer. Although, I think she'd have a very different personality from Applejack. But as they say: opposites attract.

    I think this would actually become a great fic. Celestia using Twilight's friendship lessons against her, betraying the Elements of Harmony. Not a corrupted Celestia, but a real evil one. Only way to stop her would be to imprison her like Discord, or kill her.

    Because there are a lot of musical oblivious people that seldom have a reasonable and valid argument for their claims. I'm more into Rock, but I don't diss Metal, because I understand what Metal is about.

    It was the thing that keeps the door locked. The knob would spin, but the thing wouldn't budge. Same thing happened with my bedroom door, so I just used tape to keep the thing inside. We got new door knobs like a couple of years ago, so it's all good, now.

    I once got locked inside my bathroom for about 6 hours because the door knob was screwed. I had to wait for my mom to come back from work and open it from the outside. 6 hours. And I didn't even have my DS.

    Well, that helps, huh? You're lucky you've got English as native language. My native language is not English, so I've been struggling over the years to enhance my English skills, because I plan to live in Canada (or the US, if I can't) someday. One of the main reasons why I write ponyfics!

    Well, it's kinda hard to decide. Although Gummy is cool, I really like Opal, mostly because she's Rarity's... Wait, did you just say Spike is a pet?

    I got it for the GameCube, but I really don't play it anymore because I got bored of it. There's really nothing else to do after you get the stuff to fish, catch bugs, collect fossils and stuff. Got bored. Maybe I'll play it again, someday.

    I saw some guy saying that if you didn't cry with 'My Little Dashie', then you're not a true brony. I chuckled because of his ignorance, and because I'm not even a brony. Also, I happen to find MLD as one of the worst fics in this fandom.

    Well, I guess this thread is dead. It's a shame, since it was doing so well and it sounded like an interesting idea. So, yeah. I guess it's a no-contest.

    Well, uh... that was a quite... interesting piece of melody. However, I'll go and say that I'll stick to the original version, simply because nothing can beat it. Also, I like the LOVE version:
