Interesting. A freakout episode. Hm... Well, there go my theories! T1 - WAR! The changeling armada, deflected but not destroyed, is spreading paranoia, distrust and violence on the outskirts of Equestria, and the Royal Army is spread thin to try and stop them. They are working on a time limit, though, because all that chaos is feeding Discord. It would be a two part episode, preferably the first two. The Mane 6 are given full control of the Elements, and begin a search for the battered Chrysalis, in the hopes of halting the war althogether. They find her. Maybe in the Everfree, or far away, in that Lion King-esque "Shadow Land". It is farfetched, but hey! Wild guessing! T2 - Ponykind invent the "CanterNet"! Where the Mane 6 discover they have a huge fanbase that admire them as heroes, and have to deal with the fans being silly. Maybe the pride of having a fanbase goes to their heads, and they have to learn to control it. T3 - Humans! Well, there's not much about this theory. Only that it would ruin MLP: FiM for me. I'll think about it. I love guessing games.

I think It's a mixture. The ones who have a "soldier mark" join the military, and the ones that haven't found it are, let's say, recruited. So, if there's a colt or a filly that hasn't obtained his or her cutie mark when they turn adults, they're recruited on the army to "make use" of them. There would be a special program for blank flanks joining in, so that they can find their talent, but most of the royal guards have distinct marks associated with their job. At least, that's my theory.

Winter Wrap Up It was cute to see Twi looking to do something to help and finding it was what she did best. I mean, the entire episode revolves around trying to fit in, and she tries too hard, and fails. Then, when everypony starts fighting, the proverbial lightbulb shines on her head and she goes on to do what she loves to do. Fit in, at your own style. Fun episode. Also, I think Winter Wrap Up is the best Twilight Sparkle's song, even including season finale. Dragonshy I don't know exactly why, but Dragonshy is one of my favourites. It was when I saw Dragonshy when I realized I loved the show. I chose this one, not only because of that, but because Fluttershy reminded me of myself when I was younger. Silent and introverted, but don't rustle my jimmies. A Friend in Deed Well. First, and foremost, SMILE. Yeah, I have that song engraved in my brain. I love it. Apart from that, this episode gives the party mare much needed depth. I mean, she always welcomes any new neighbor with the same recital, so she expects the same results. In this episode, Pinkie learns that not everyone is cheered up the same way. And she takes that to her soul. Also, Feltspace. Priceless! Priceless I tells ye!

Chrysalis is not evil, nor misunderstood. My headcanon is that the changelings share a common hive mind. That means Chrysalis isn't an individual, nor is any of her subjects. She merely is the voice of her swarm. Taking that into account, the song can be undestood as the desire of the changeling swarm to reign supreme over Equestria and the rest of the world, feeding upon any love there is. For me, changelings don't have emotions, and that's why they hunger for them, to fill a void that will never be full. I don't think Chrysalis can be accounted as evil or misunderstood, asI said before. They are merely hungry. That hurts ponies? Well, it's the predator/prey relationship. Deal with that. Honestly, I think Nightmare Moon was more evil than Chrysalis.

I didn't cry about My Little Dashie. I admit it was a well written story, but I felt like it was forcing the reader to feel sorry for the guy. I'll explaing myself in the spoiler.

That's not Fluttershy. That pony is seen around 06:48, with the robe on but with the hood off. She might be gossiping with the other one about Luna or Twilight. Or both. Anyways, nice find. I didn't notice it the first time, but reviewing the episode (it's one of my favourites), I noticed it.
