    It's so that he is a generic self insert character. Like if he was fleshed out and was his own character people wouldn't pay as much attention to horse wife instead...

    Twilight Princess, on the other hand, looked dated the day it came out.  It's one of those "pretty from afar" things.  Up close:  Muddy, busy, low-res textures, a palette so dreary the game might as well be monochrome, and some character models that would fit right at home on the N64.

    My brother would stab you for saying that. He is so far gone a TP fan it's funny. He claims to be a massive zelda nerd, but has only played about 4 games, hates the two originals, and doesn't accept the timeline as canon.

    How every brony seems to have a sob story... Like can't we just like the show? Why do so many people need some deep "man pain" reason why they watch mlp? Does it validate watching the show for them?

     

    Speaking of validating liking mlp, when people try making mlp out to be some actiony, tough, cool show. They will show people outside the fandom all the scenes like this:

    and pretend like that's all the show is.

    Fighting a Zinogre for no real reason, seems like nothing is hurting it, monster casually walks through next area, I run in, hit it once, it dies.... It didn't even limp at all it seemed like the fight was just starting.

    I have learned something today... 
    I hate electric monsters that can stun you!!!!!

     

    I was fighting 2 Khezus and I killed the first one fine. The second one though... I was beating it down quite fine until it started spraying lighting everywhere. So it throws me against a cave wall, as I'm getting up it fires an electric blast stunning me onto the floor, Konchu rolls over me taking out a tiny bit of health, my cat comes to save me, cat gets stunned by 2nd wave of lighting and I get damaged by it because I can't move, it finally wears off on its own, I starts standing up, khezu uses volt tackle, it's super effective, I'm carted I rage quit. Next time I'm taking my heavy bow gun and craig-ing him to hell.
