  2. I am 100% Filipino, KA MUSTA NA! x3 I was born and raised in the united states but I have been back to the motherland twice, both times I was a child so I couldnt live it up like I could if I went back now or in the near future :3

  4. This is a pony representation of myself that one of my friends created for me. I love working out hence why I have a dumbell as a cutie mark, she even gave my pony gauges, a goatee and my tattoo sleeve!

  6. I agree with MrMammal, for beginners you should never use a weight so heavy that you deviate from proper form. Once you are a bit more experienced and conditioned than you can start weighing risk/reward of using heavy weight/ going for personal records. For most lifts you dont really need a spotter, aside from benching. I usually only have spotter help get the bar off my chest once I have finished my set. I also personally like dropping my deadlifts, lets the whole gym know how badass you are haha jk I dont know the exact reasoning but I recall performing the negative of a deadlift puts lots of strain on the lower back...
  7. I would try to get protein sources from whole food first (lean meats, fish, eggs, nuts, beans) then if you still need a protein supplement then by all means but I would stay away from stuff endorsed by famous people. I dont use a protein supplement at the moment, my current cutting diet has me so I dont really need that much protein and can usually get all the protein I need in a day from whole food sources. I also personally train high intensity/ high volume (heavy weight, high reps) but nothing lasts forever so I switch it up every few months or so
  8. I know that its hard, but you should never give up on your goals. Sometime it takes a bit of stubbornness to get where you wanna go. I work as a personal trainer for anytime fitness and a lot of my clients have a hard time grasping this. It may take several months to see little changes and a few years to actually look like you are steps closer to your goals, but you just have to keep charging forward. I can speak from personal experience because I have been at both ends of the spectrum.
  9. This seems to be spot on, I do have dreams to open an orphanage later in my life, maybe if I retire...if I can ever retire...also anime...yeah anime... What Be Your Nerd Type? 10. shinelegends was a game a close friend, my little brother and I created when we where all in highschool. It was a table top game similar to D&D, none of us where working at the time but wanted to play D&D so we made up our own rules, characters, items, etc etc and played. It was fun for awhile but after highschool my close friend and I lost touch (I graduated 6 years ago, geeze time flies!). I still use the name for various things, SN, my XBLA is shinelegends if any of you wonderful ponies wanna add me I am currently playing Defiance!
