How did you find MLP Forums?:

I used to be a member of the BronyNet before that was shut down. I simply want to be able to go to a place where I could express who I am freely without having to be ridiculed for it.

 

How you became a fan of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic:

I actually started out considering myself AntiBrony, mainly because I had no understanding for why a show like this was wildly popular. A parody by Hotdiggedydemon, specifically Magic.MOV, constantly found its way into my requested videos on YouTube. I watched it just to get rid of it, but it only raised my curiosity as to why the heck people love the show so much. So I went and watched a few episodes, and over time grew more and more attached. Now I am proud to be a member of the Herd.

YouTuber. Gamer. Musician. Professional magician. I have a lot of hobbies.

I am not afraid to admit I am a Christain, so I believe in God. However, I can easily agree to disagree if you don't. Somy of my best friends are atheists, and we learned to look beyond our religious differences. I'm not gonna shove my beliefs down your throat.

 

I am proud to call myself a Brony. I've been ridiculed, threatened by death, and given every insult in the book. I've even been called a "slackjawed Autistic waste of oxygen". And at this rate, I learned to literally laugh at it because I find the insults priceless.

Yes, I do have Autism. However I am on the higher end of the long spectrum, meaning on the outside I can seem like a weird person, but if you get to know me I'm actually incredibly intelligent and talented. (I started programming games when I was 14. I STILL do.)

All in all, I love the Brony community, and I'm glad I joined. And I hope that whilst I'm here I can be who I am as a person and be accepted for it. I have the feeling that I'm gonna love it here.

Heard about it. Avoided it. Saw it. Loved it

Firstly, in all honesty, I already made an account here...but I barely used it. Like, ever. So I wanted to make a new start, none of you will know me anyway :3

 

About me then! I'm 16, I live in Southern England, and I love snuggles more than anything (if my username didn't already give that away... ). I like anything sciency, and love getting into those kinds of discussions...or any kind of discussion really, so don't hesitate to PM, I'm super friendly! Oh, and I love RPing. I'm probably going to be very active in that little chunk of the forum  I'm also into music, but not so much the listening, more the playing part. I play a little piano, and I'm trying to learn guitar, but my little hands can't cope with the difficult chords *Sniffle* :~;

Ooh, now THIS, this is a surprisingly difficult decision. Guitar solos are incredibly fun to listen to and require quite a lot of skill to pull, making them rather impressive. Bass drops are not as skill taxing, but they are intense and can really pack a punch for whatever style the song has.

I think I will go with bass drops on this one, but only by a tiny tiny margin. It seems to fit my mood more often.

I would send...A Bop It. Anyone remember those toys? Entertainment for hours on end. Nightmare Moon would be pleased by such an offering. :3

Any moment that Fluttershy has ever been shy or Twilight has stressed out over something, I can pretty much relate to those feelings definitely. I am rather introverted so any kind of social interaction makes me shy and I have anxiety problems, as a result I stress out easily. I can relate to many of those feelings. Not so much the moments in particular, I have never had to worry about a potential war with Yaks.

As for specific moments, in Pinkie Pride when she becomes very sad about her friends loving Cheese Sandwich way more at that moment, I can relate to that feeling as well. I have had many moments where I have felt...inferior to others and that made me feel so isolated. I just wish I could cheer myself up as easy as she did in a song. My friends here help with that though, so much.

About your 'guilt', there is absolutely nothing to be shamed of when watching this show. The whole concept of 'gender specific shows' is a bunch of hoopla, you can enjoy any show you want regardless of your gender. Not only that, but this show is absolutely wonderful! You should embrace it. The more you watch it, the more you will enjoy it and you should take that enjoyment to heart fully. I have been a fan of my little pony since the 2004-2005 era! Once my little pony: friendship is magic was created I fell even more in love with the whole pony concept

There is not much to tell about myself. I am of the female gender, straight, and as for age, I am in my later teens. I consider myself an artist. I love to draw and are currently learning how to draw digatily. As well as this I am big into programming(as it is what I wish to do in college) and everything I know so far has been self-taught! To add to my growing skills, I am fluent in playing trombone, trumpet, guitar, and speaking german! The fandoms that I am currently in are Doctor Who, My Little Pony, The Walking Dead, Supernatural, the 100, IZombie, Soul Eater, Hunter x Hunter, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, and many more

If these count, my favorites are the Ponymon games, which are ponified mods of Pokemon Fire Red and Leaf Green. These mods are done very well with pony sprites replacing all of the pokemon and even having many new custom aspects added, like new types and even moves with custom animations. It is one I highly recommend for a good time if you like Pokemon type games. :3

When used properly, I love the rumble feature. It can add a surprising amount of depth to otherwise stand aspects of a game. Take for example on the Xbox One with Dead Rising 3, when you shoot a gun, the triggers themselves vibrate and I felt like that gave the guns a sort of 'punch' that they otherwise would not have had. Made the guns much more fun to use than in Dead Rising 2. Another good example of this is Forza 5 also on the One and again because of the vibrating triggers. It helps to indicate when you are braking and by how much and how much your car is swerving.

So I have almost always liked the vibration feature. When the PS3 originally did not have it, I really never understood why, other than cutting costs.

I have played tons of CoD and Battlefield as well. :3 BF4 is amazing. <3 I love many different types of games, most recently Binding of Isaac Rebirth, Elite Dangerous, Forza, Rare Replay, and tons of other games. I have a lot of different games.
