This is my OC Sugar Dreams, she is supposed to be a waitress at Sugarcube Corner. She is of a very cheerfull nature, very poliye and she loves to talk to her customers. The white spots are a weird cloudy pattern in her fur, that's what her parents got the 'dreams' part from. They also say that when it comes to making milkshakes she's the best of Ponyville.
Haha, very, very dark chocolate! I wanted her eyes to be this light because it stands out from the body colour a bit more, and I think it would be fun if she could play innocent with the eyes. xD
This is how I draw pony eyes myself (the example is kind of sloppy, but meh).
I personally think anime eyes look a bit too detailed for ponies, but it all depends on how you draw them, of course. Try to make them nice and round, no sharp edges to the eyes.
I've been trying to create a dark, evil pony, and although I have no idea what kind of personality I want to give them, or what talent, I made a tiny concept.
Haha, I draw on desks all the time in school, to drive away the boredom. This one time I made a huge dragon over the entire thing. I think it looks really good, especially the second and the third picture!
Wow, I really like how your style is so close to the original series! The thing looks very dynamic, I'd love to see more! The only thing I can mention about it is that maybe the head of the pink pony is not round enough, but then again that might just be her design.
Ich möchte gerne mein Schreiben und Wortschatz verbessern.

I would like to get better at writing and vocabulary.
(I have no idea what I'm doing. xD)
Hello, I'm currently following German in school and I'm really struggling with the subject. This is my final year, so I have to improve fast! Do you guys think you can help me?
I'm looking forward to seeing more of your work, then ^^ I think photoshop has vectoring (pen tool), but I've heard that illustrator works a lot better for that.
I really like the little details in the drawing, I didn't even notice the celestia puppet at first, very cleverly done! The pose is a bit stiff, but it's really good for only a ten minute drawing!
Thanks, Tiger! Though that's not a book, it's a gameboy (Or, if you want it to be kind of canon, a Gamecolt 3000). ^^
I'm on fire today! Here's a random pony that I sketched. If anyone's interested in her, just ask!
Haha, I've been told that I draw in a messy way before. xD For sketches I just can't be bothered to fix that. Thanks for the feedback, though!
@flutters : That character is my OC Ashe, though I usually don't draw her in full armor! She is based im the WoW universe. I don't have a lot of good art of her, but I do sketch her every now and then.
Haha, his facial expression is priceless! xD I also really like that you added in the tiny wings. The only thing that I could think of that you could improve is the legs! The joints don't seem right, to improve that you could maybe take a look at how a real horse's joints work, or use a handy reference of a tutorial like this one: http://browse.deviantart.com/?qh=§ion=&q=how+to+draw+mlp#/d3j11p8 ^^
I really like the glasses and his special thing with the coffee. His colours are very nice, too! Though I do think the pose looks a bit stiff, probably because you used a lot of straight lines. You can always practice on that, though, he looks very good for a first oc!
I believe using references is good, but tracing them to learn is another thing alltogether. If it's tracing because you want to learn how to draw ponies it won't benefit you much , but if you wanted to practice the colouring and lining there's nothing wrong with it. I suggest studying both the anatomy of real horses (which way the joins to and the like) and taking a close look on how they used it in the show if you want to learn how to draw your own ponies without looking at a reference whatsoever. Deviantart also has a few very helpfull tutorials. I'm not saying you're tracing! Like xero said, it can just be really close to the pony creator, which makes it seem like it.
