Agent Midnight smiled at Agent Echo and started to trot around. She stayed side by side of him and looked as they went around town. She saw a market with ponies crowded in it. Hmmm. Looks like a good place to look around in for suspicious activity she thought.

(If you haven't noticed, she has a little crush on him)

Agent Midnight decided to stretch again. She looked into her bag found an apple. She quickly ate the red object. She looked at the Pegasus. "Do you mind if I go for a quick run? My legs are aching and I need to loosen them up" she asked Agent Thunder. Maybe I can spy on the mafia people and see what they are up to when I go past the city

Agent Midnight thought about the plan. It sounds good, but she wasn't sure. "The problem is we can't stay here for days. We only have less than two days. And what if they figured out about the magic sensor going down? And when we do find out what they are going to do with the Crystal Heart, should one of us go in?" She questioned Agent Thunder.

((Sorry for the delay. I'm in Georgia with my brother and I will be busy for the next two weeks))

Agent Midnight stood in place, hearing the communicator beep.  She heard the good news and started to feel a little better.  She was worried most about the magic sensors.  If he can't get the sensors down, we can't teleport without them tracking our location.  She waited for further alerts.

Agent Midnight yawned and looked around.  Echo wasn't next to her.  She stretched and got up, walking over by the others. She heard what they were talking about.  "Wait.  What if you can't escape?" She asked them.  She have done robbery cases before, but they were not a group of bandits.

(%$#@!@#!@?! The one time I'm not on the computer for a job and everyone else is!  I'm cool now.  I find that so strange O.o)

Agent Midnight started yawning more frequently.  "Okay.  Wake me up when you are ready for me to take the next post" She said starting to drift off into sleep.  She laid her head down and closed her eyes.

(OOC: Sorry guys!  I had two dinner dances and I am wiped out)

Midnight lied down next to Agent Echo.  "Oh.  Okay.  I would ask a million questions about what it is like, but I think we should start falling asleep or at least quiet down.  Are you nervous about going in the headquarters alone?" She asked him, yawning.

"I've been in the agency for about two years, more or less. Usually with patrols around Equestria. I have done one robbery before but it was not something huge like the Crystal Empire's greatest treasure". Agent Midnight said to him. She was worried about Agent Echo going into the base as well as the others. What if one of us doesn't come out? Do we leave them? She tried to shake it off. "If you don't mind me asking, can you still see light or are you completely blind?" She asked him.

Agent Midnight smiled. "Its ok and sure. You can stay up with me" she said, sitting down and watching the moon come up. She felt strength fill her body as she closed her eyes. She then opened them and looked into the horizon. "So, Agent Echo. How long have you worked in this agency?" She said in a somewhat whisper.

Agent Midnight slowly lowered to the ground, and ran. She slowed down as she hit the ground. The unicorn folded her wings and the wings went into her body, disappearing. "Geez! How do you two fly with those things? Anyways, I can keep watch for the night tonight. I'm not really tired and I am stronger at night" she offered to the others. Knowing that she is unbelievably quick and stealthy at night, she will be able to alert them.

Agent Midnight was lifted up by Agent Echo, regaining balance quickly.  She started to get the hang of flying.  She followed Agent Thunder as they changed directions east.  "Wait, shouldn't we go towards their base?" She asked the pegasus.  Midnight saw the sun starting to go down.  Maybe we should invade camp at night.

Agent Midnight smiled at Agent Echo and lost her balance. She fell face first into the sand. She picked up her head and shook off the sand and quickly went back up.

"I'm doing alright. I'm getting a little better with these wings. Just a question. Are these permanent or temporary?" Agent Midnight asked Agent Thunder about her wings

Agent Midnight spread her wings, trying to get into the air. "I'm ready! I'll get use to the wings soon, so I might take it slow" she said as the others were getting up into the air. She looked at Agent Echo. "You sure you don't want to ride?" She asked the unicorn as he was levitating.

Agent Midnight looked at her back. She felt really funny and strange. I'm an alicorn!.... Wait[\i] "I'm ready! Will I be an alicorn forever or is this is just temporary?" She asked the others while practicing to flap her wings. "This is so uncomfortable it's not even funny" she said to the others.

Agent Midnight listened as the two were talking about going in. "Also, if you want me to scan rooms, I have x-ray vision glasses to see through walls to see enemies. It's a gadget so with the press of a button behind my ear, it will pop out". She said as Agent Echo was getting ready to investigate.

Agent Midnight stopped walking back and forth and looked at Agent Moon. "Wow! You look exactly like the guy! So, you will be able to blend in with the rest of those ponies, if there are any?" She asked him. We would probably have to find the guy first before we even try to go in

Agent Midnight looked at Agent Thunder.  "Do you think that the culprit or culprits are trying to revive a mafia or group or legend?  Most of the bad guys seem to be doing that now a days.  What were the mafia in Saddle Arabia known for? Stealing?" She asked the pegasus.

Agent Midnight smiled, still pacing back and forth. Known to do this when thinking on a case.  "Great Agent Echo!  I'm sure there is a projector screen or a white wall with nothing on it in here.  Would you like me to find a wall or screen for the projector?" She asked the stallions.

Midnight wasn't sure about this.  "I don't know.  If we broadcast the report, the culprits might know we are on the case and come after us.  Agent Thunder, should we tell Agent Moon what we are doing before we leave, if we are?" She asked the pegasus.

(OOC: Were you planning on the culprit being one pony or more than one?  Just curious.  It won't affect my character since she already assumes it's more than one person/pony) 

Agent Midnight thought about it. He has a point.. "Maybe we should ask around town. They might be able to give us some info. We might be able to run into one of them. There is a little chance of that, but who knows. Should one of us look around town, while the others look up more info?" She asked Agent Thunder.

Agent Midnight thought of what to do. "Remember when Agent Moon, or I should say Cadence, said that guards have not returned? The place is so far away that guard must have lost track of the bandits and didn't know where they have stopped. They might stranded in the desert somewhere" she said to them. "The question is, how are we going to go 250 miles back and forth in one day?" She said aloud, still pacing back and forth.

(OOC: just letting you know the afternoons of Thursday and Friday I won't be on until 8 o'clock my time)

Agent Midnight wondered that as well. "Well, they might try to reborn a new group. Most bad guys do that now a days. Most likely there is more than one pony as the 'culprit'. We might be able to investigate the town for clues, but if the 'mafia' is out and about, our cover might get blown" she said while pacing back and forth.

Agent Midnight ran over to go see what Agent Thunder has discovered. She saw the mark stitched on the clothes in the book. "That's the mark! Should we start looking for the mark anywhere or tell Agent Moon what we have discovered?" She asked the pegasus.

Midnight got up from her chair and went ove to the non-fiction section. "Hmmm... Fantasy or historical? Lets try fantasy" she said to herself. She walked toward the fantasy non-fiction section. She saw a book that caught her eye. "Do you think maybe this book called The Legends of Equestria would help?" She asked the other agents.

Agent Midnight nodded.  As she was following Agent Thunder, she turned to Agent C.  "Welcome to the agency.  I have been with these guys for about 2 years" She said and walked towards the table seated for four.  Midnight sat down and looked at the book.  Her horn glowed neon aqua. She used magic to start flipping through the pages and stopped about midway.  The unicorn saw an icon that had stars and the stripes going through the middle.  "Agent Thunder, is this the mark?" She questioned.
