No no no i don't hate it Lion king is an amazing film and i wrote loads of fan fics and stuff and had lots of fan discussions. Its just i grew tired of the same old stuff. Also Bronies has a a lot more to offer in terms of art fan fics and loads of stuff. Disney seems to strangle fan bases :'(

  2. I have mylionking first forum site i was ever on. Hate it. Didn't like the comunity that much and i think Disney really let the fans down with Lion king. BRONIES ALL THE WAY!

  3. Princess Celestia:

Inside of her bed-chambers, the Princess let her guard down. Collapsing on a couch she had adored for the past century or so, she examined Colonel Steeleye. Even though this was simply the ante-room outside of her actual sleeping quarters, few ponies had ever dared set hoof this far. Despite the obvious implications, Colonel Steeleye remained standing at attention, ramrod straight. For a while she rested her head on the couch's arm, waiting to see if he would move. Minutes passed and still he remained at complete attention, not moving a muscle. Sighing, she lifted her hoof and made the gesture to signify he was to relax to 'at ease'. The sharp clack of his hooves against the tiling rang throughout the chamber as his legs moved with perfect percision.

"Colonel...," She finally uttered. "What did you think of the other guests I called to the meeting, even the one who was... unexpected."

Steeleye furrowed his brow thoughtfully. "I can understand your confidence in most of them ma'am," he eventually responded. "The only two I wonder about would be Pinkie Pie and the one you assigned to the Helios Bombardment project. Knowing of Pinkie Pie and her record with you and the other Elements of Harmony, her presence does not disturb me overly much. The intruder, Berethor I believe, does cause my attention to be aroused. His uninvited presence is a punishable offence, even with the abilities which you see in him."

The Princess remained draped on the couch, studying her newly appointed bodyguard. "Once, a young filly queried Starswirl the Bearded: 'Why have you let villans and monsters remain in the land? With your power you could surely undo them all!' Starswirl smiled at the filly and said, 'The place of the Powerful is to protect those weaker than them. For all creature deserve friendship.' True, Berethor's entrance is punishable. But I believe that giving him mercy and making use of the gifts he has (even if he doesn't realize it) will teach him far more than any punishment I could give. That does not mean I will simply let anypony charge in and hand them a secret weapon. Everypony needs to be dealt with in different ways."

At that moment, a letter popped into the air in front of Celestia. After reading it for a moment, she smiled. "It appears that Luna has agreed to our terms. The Peace Embassy shall begin soon."

    Berethor's Maid:

The little mare was only just out of her fillyhood. A long, flowing, and black mane seemed to cascade over her neck, not to mention that her tail matched. Otherwise, her coat looked like it was that of a newborn, soft and smooth while a soft greyish white in color. Her uniform hid her cutie mark, but from the look of her it likely had to do with cleaning. Her warm brown eyes looked up at him, a little afraid actually. "Er... y-yes sir... The labs are this way." She indicated a nearby door and led him through it. Despite her overwhelming shy nature, on par with Fluttershy, she manuevered through the castle's corridos with exacting percision. Eventually their progress led them down. A sealed metal door opened at the bottom of a long staircase, revealing a cross between a mad alchemists workshop and a sterilized operating room. A few skiny stalliosn (all with glasses on their noses) scampered back and forth between projects like ants. An exceedingly tall stallion with a gianty fuzzy white afro turned to greet the new arrivals. "My name is Fizzrocket, welcome to the Helios Labs."

    World Events:

Soon enough a delegation from Canterlot arrived, remodeling Ponyville for the coming Embassy. Damage and misuse were all undone until the entire town looked better than it ever had. Instead of dividing the town into two halves, the Solar quarters and sections were meshed equally in a grid pattern with the Lunar's. Most notably, the largest inn in the town was turned into a vertible resort, with help from the local specialists. Only here wasthe division fully recognized, with one half of the inn set apart from the other so that both Lunar and Solar emisarries could sleep in peace without fearing a knife in their back.

As he walked through the long and twisting corridors that went on for miles he started to believe the little filly was lost. However when they reached the stairs and then entered through the huge iron door he knew this was the place. He let off a huge cloud of tobacco smoke in amazement from the sight. Of the scientists, there nature and also the sheer technological advancement of the project. He then saw the odd looking Fizzrocket and raised an eyebrow.

'Nice to meet you....I am Benethor (or Berethor if you prefer) Celestia wanted me to take a look at the project...I don't know why but..if Celestia has faith in me i doubt its without reason!

  4. Princess Celestia:

Once again she listened patiently while her subjects. They both had very valid points and she appreciated hearing both of their suggestions. She was a bit suprised that her other guests had not said much. A glance in Steeleye's direction revealed him to be seated stoically, awaiting ordes like a statue. It was a shame that he honestly could not relax, but some ponies were simply too set in their ways to change easily. Rising from her throne, she made a proclomation to those assembled. "As you all have been party to this decision, please accepted my most sincere gratitude. A princess I may be, but even one tasked with the movement of the heavens needs her subjects." She paused for a moment, letting this sink in to their minds.

"Wavering Bass and Vedana Purity, I would have the two of you accompany me as my personal aides to the Peace Embassy. Colonel Steeleye will be my head bodyguard with a detachment from his regiment. Benethor, you have good ideas, if a little rash from what I have seen thus far. I wish you to assist the scientific studies into the crystals to the best of your ability. A degree in science is not neccesary, just that you look for practical uses and point ou where theory becomes too meshed with reality. Indeed, these crystals are powerful and unstable. For centuries they have been left to grow in the darkness without tenders. As such, the largest formations could be classified as weapons of mass destruction should they be tampered with. On a side note, intense labor is being put forth so that these same crystals could not be detonated under Canterlot with obvious results."

"The Peace Embassy will take place in Ponyville, one week from today if all goes well. This night I will send a magical courier to Luna telling of her this and hope for the best. Tomorrow, at noon, I will announce my intentions and whatever answer I have recieved to the general populace via magical projection. Should she refuse, an immeadiate call to arms is going to be issued. This cannot be allowed to continue. Should she accept, patrols around Ponyville will increase to maintain peaceful conditions. In addition, as a gesture of good faith I will allow Luna to have a bodyguard and retinue of advisors, as will I. Now, I apoloize for my abrupt conclusion, but preparations must be made. Berethor, you will be guided to the crystal labs by the servant standing at the door. I bid you a good day ponies and good luck."

With almost indecent haste the teleported herself and Steeleye out of the Throne Room, leaving the others to leave at their discretion. Indeed, a maid was waiting by the front door to guide Berethor as needed.

    Benethor blushed and was gobsmacked.

'You want me to look over weapons of mass destruction!?'

But Celestia was already gone. He looked at the maid who was to lead him to the labs. He bit the pipe tight and walked slowly forward to the maid. He let out a big cloud of smoke out of his mouth, not out of rudeness but nerves.

'Please lead me to the labs miss..?'

  5. "it is good that you have listened to my advice on being prepared in case the peace negotiations fail your highness." Vedana smiled, turning to the Princess. "We must always be ready in case something terrible happens from the peace treaty. But we must also never forget our own people." The blind unicorn said, turning his head to pictures, sensing them. "What would you have us do? The scientist's are currently experimenting on the crystals as you say my lady, but there is much work to do. We have to keep the citizens of Canetlot and ponyville under control, and have the forces ready for war."

Benethor looked with admiration at the blind Unicom. He knew he should keep his gob shut but he couldn't resist at least one more second in the lime light.

'We will have to do it in a way that does my collapse the peace negotiations friend. Assembling troops in ponyville ecen though they are only peace keepers could easily provoke an attack from Luna force who wait very close by.'

After this Benethor shut up preparing himself for being sent out and becoming this weeks canoon fodder.
