for EQG 1 it was about 18 or so bronies, and half as many kids. For EQG 2 I went to a kinda backwoods theater, and it was me and 2 dozen little girls with their parents. I've gotta say, while it was cool to see brownies in the wild, it was so much fun to watch EQG 2 with the kids, and me being the only adult fan in the theater. They LOVE Derpy, she consistently got the biggest pop every time she was on screen.

What do I think of the music........When itunes released the soundtrack, I immediately downloaded it, plugged my phone into the USB port of my patrol vehicle, and cranked up the music. If anyone had a heart attack I never would have heard the radio. It was totally worth it

Let me put it this way. If MLP never took off, I guarantee Hasbro never would have retained the 6 hour block it did. That block exists to protect MLP.

This whole thing is a bit of a shame. No one should have to lose their job over something like this. Reprimand yes, for openly celebrating someone who despises a vast majority of your comic subscription fanbase, but as to firing, no way. TRS is typically.......enthusiastic....when it comes to certain topics, so I can see how maybe Ted got carried away in that kind of environment. His actual, measured opinion might be more towards the center for all we know. I've gotta say, I feel deeply sorry for anyone who has become a fan of this show, and had their attention swept away by such a vitriolic, quarrelsome situation. It seems like such a regrettable distraction, when what really matters is coming together to talk about FiM and EQG. i hope these people find a way to bring calm to their lives very soon, and as for Ted, I hope he retains his position at IDW, and he can get back to writing ponies. I'm sure this has been an unimaginable, overwhelming nightmare for him.

Since I grew up on Star Trek: Next Gen, I completely lost my shit when I read that De Lancie was an S2 villain, and powered through the rest of S1 to get to his episodes. -Story behind this pic I posted a story on my FB wall about some asshat terrorist we droned. I needed a crying picture to convey my sarcasm. I found Crylight Sparkle and recognized it from /b/. I looked into just what the hell this pony stuff was, and that lead me to the Know Your Meme article, followed by Ponies: The Anthology, and the rest is history.

The Dazzlings are from 1k years ago, so their counterparts died during the Bubonic Plague. Sunset's counterpart...................is having dinner with Richie Cunningham's brother.

On scene....apparently REALLY early. Movie starts in 40 minutes. I'm surprised there isn't a line, I think I'm the first one here. There was a long line at this time for EQG 1, but that was a different theater. Edit: just remembered the last time I was here was for Casper in 1995.
