Maybe she's an exception, and goes to normal pony school instead... Although, she might be too young... Just a theory...

Hi Dash! welcome! I didn't used to lurk anywhere in the Brony community before joining here, but I did watch the show and decided to find a forum where I could go to express my delight in the show! This was the first option, and I soon became an official part of the herd!

I have one tip for you:

Most people here like Rarity, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, Twilight Sparkle, Fluttershy or Trixie, or multiple ones... So don't be surprised by the amount of Pinkie/Rainbow/Rarity/Twilight/Fluttershy/Trixie fans here... Oh, and the CMC are relatively popular too!

Applejack's less popular than her companions for some reason... Though, she's pretty awesome in my book

The only reason Rarity is in Ponyville and not in Canterlot would be because of her heritage, friends and family. Sure, she dreams of going to Canterlot and being a star, but she is loyal to her friends, and nearly would refuse to leave them... Well, with the exception of the episode Sweet and Elite... That, and she's met three big-shot ponies in Ponyville, who actually came for her! I mean, Photo Finish, Hoity Toity and Sapphire Shores can't be wrong, can they? Sapphire Shores even states that she came to Ponyville looking for Rarity's fashions for her concerts!

Similar reasons to Rainbow Dash being too loyal to abandon her friends for the Wonderbolts! She's met and impressed them, having done the Sonic Rainboom whilst rescuing them and Rarity, as well as hung out with them...

Might I add that the reason they actually have a chance to impress the Canterlot ponies is because they are friends with Twilight? When you think about it, RD only managed the sonic rainboom because Rarity and the Wonderbolts were falling... And the only reason Rarity was falling is because Twilight conjured her wings!

Everyone will find out eventually... Just wait until he talks to you about it, if he does, and explain that there are many people your age and older that like it... Tell him what the communities like and explain... If he hasn't seen it, or doesn't care, I would say that you don't need to talk to him about it.

Well... You could ask him where he found your ipod, and whether he looked at it or not...

I demand a Pinkie Pie with plastic switchable hair! One straight, one normal... Oh, and colt and filly ponies, as well as Derpy and Dr Whooves! Wouldn't it be just adorable if we had a filly RD, Twilight or Fluttershy? Or a Big Macintosh, Braeburn, or Snips and Snails set? Or maybe a Cloudsdale Colosseum set with RD and fancy flying Rarity? And what about a Wonderbolts set?

I just want an excuse to get all their parents together. Maybe some kind of holiday or festival that emphasizes family. I want to see Rarity's parents bug the crap out of Twilight's parents. Maybe the pony parents don't like each other at first but then they accept each other's differences when they see how much their kids all care about each other.

 

I think this is a good idea... We would then get to see the Pegasi Parents too! (since we haven't yet) as well as Applejack's... Actually, why are Applejack's parents not on the farm?

Maybe most pegasi are to join flight camp when they are old enough to join, cause Fluttershy was terrible at flying, yet she was still there! She obviously didn't enjoy flying around, but couldn't she have gone home if she didn't like it? It is also implied that she stays on the ground, even though she's still a little filly.

When I'm the passenger in a car, if I'm not talking to the person driving, I imagine this dude running along side the car, dodging obstacles. He has a grappling hook and ziplines on powerlines. Also, sometimes instead of dodging obstacles, he has to jump and climb on stuff an avoid touching the ground.

 

I have a similar quirk, where I imagine a pair of cats running along side the car (or bus if I'm bored enough) and they're trying to keep up, yet not be seen by anyone...

I've also imagined Rainbow Dash flying, keeping up easily and dodging branches and stuff...

My brothers decided to watch part of the episode with me, and I think they didn't mind it! They're not going to be one of us anytime soon, but at least they'll tolerate me!

Welcome! A lot of ponies will be busy with the latest MLP episode which came out less than an hour ago! Of course, being in a country that doesn't have the Hub is a slight inconvenience, but I'll do my best to catch up soon!

Well, Pinkie's going to have a heap of trouble trying to take care of Twin Toddlers especially since she's not the most reliable or even caring pony around...

Rainbow Dash + Book =

Just read through to the end... A brilliant read and an amazing ending... The parts of Twilight, Yellowstar, Rainbowdash and Spike were well written, as well as the librarian and Princess Celestia's part in the story...

Actually, I think Rarity would be my ideal roommate... I love her clothes, and she's used my favorite saying in Sisterhoof Social... Organized Chaos! That is why we would probably get along so well... It's strange, the more I think about what she's said and how she's acted, the more she grows on my heart... Her generosity is reaching me! And her taste in fashion is better than most girls... Who just wear what everyone else is wearing... She at least designs clothes to match the pony!

I'm sure it counts.

 

I called Golden Sun (a GBA game that I played in late 2002 and early 2003) nostalgic back in 2007.

 

There's no limit to what can or can not be nostalgic, only the individual can determine what is or what is not. As I said earlier in the topic I find Twilight Princess very nostalgic. You'd think that people would laugh at me for that, but none have... to my knowledge, that is. =P

 

Pokemon Sapphire was released nearly 10 years ago.

 

10 years ago... I was 5! gee... I think I was like 6 when I played it... 1st grade...

Trixie's not that bad! She's the unicorn equivalent of Rainbow-dash if you think about it... Well, really, Twilight power and Trixie's gloating would be equivalent, simply because Trixie couldn't do what she said she could (simple math... might be why the whole Twilight x Trixie shipping came about, that and they are both powerful unicorns!)

I feel completely welcomed here... And it felt strange... People accepting my opinion is a strange concept with me as a lot of people around me think I'm not as smart, or considerate as I am! Or maybe they just don't want to hear my opinion because they think it'll be opposite to theirs, even if I said I agreed! the foreign concept of acceptance in an entire community... Seems way too good to be true, but I know it is! That is what makes it really strange... The fact that everyone tolerates other's opinions... It seems to perfect for the world...
