Members are requesting RP based on the continuation of the event that was made in mid Feb. So I was looking to make characters like I did previously. Is there a change to the character OC creation? If so, it's important to keep members in the know of this to encourage more RP.

Nothing have been change to my knowledge about characters creation. Member are able create them normally.
