Caramel Fudge

Caramel, along with her twin sister Heather, is the younger sister of Red Velvet and grew up with her, their mother and father, and their aunt Battenberg and her two fillies Battenberg and Victoria. Though she is a few years older than Battenberg and Victoria she got on well with them and is still close friends with Battenberg, she's not as close to her sister who showed little interest in her twin sisters and more interest in her cousins. </p> <p> Things became quieter in the house after her aunt and cousins moved back to Manehattan, and things got lonelier still when her grandmother died and her mother left for Cloudsdale, leaving just Heather, Caramel and their father Citrus Orange, in the large Trottingham house. Caramel showed a little interest in her family's baking exploits and used to bake with her sister, though she developed a sweet tooth for fudge and chocolate based treats and began making those rather than cakes. She followed her twin to Manehattan to see if she could sell her treats, following in the footsteps of other members of her family. Once there she at first shared her sister's apartment and ran a small chocolate stall inside Heather's florist shop, though once she'd made enough money she opened her own chocolatier shop, selling chocolate, fudge and other sweets and bought her own apartment. Heather still sells Caramel's fudge in her shop despite Caramel's departure. One of Caramel's most frequent customers was a young mare called Paperback who liked to enjoy her treats while working at the library, Caramel really opened up to the reserved pony who preferred to listen rather than talk and the two eventually began dating.

Caramel is a quite and reserved pony, she doesn't tend to express her emotions and is largely pessimistic. Despite her first impressions she is actually a very kindhearted pony and is loyal to her family and friends, and always puts others before herself. She's also a very professional sales pony and despite her nature she is very good at making sales and encouraging ponies to try her treats. She's quite strong willed.

Caramel is a fudge coloured mare with a caramel mane, she has her father's green eyes and wears her hair in a very straight and droopy manner. 

Her cutie mark is a small pyramid of three caramel fudges stacked on top of one another.
