Backstory:
Mint Chocolate always loved chocolate, ever since she was a little filly and was old enough to eat chocolate. Her favourite was of course white chocolate and any of the flavoured ones. She then at the age of six, decided that she wanted to experiment with making chocolate for herself, and it was a success, being the first white chocolate with a flavoured centre. After that, and having given her chocolate out, she received her cutie mark.
Some time later, she opened up her own Chocolatier, where she made and sold her own Chocolates, in Canterlot.
