Solstice was born a few minutes before Eclipse, his parents were worried that she would come out like his twin sister, but they were glad she didn’t. She helped his parents take care of Eclipse.
The next few years when her sister would come home miserable, she would sit next to her and comfort her. Eclipse would tell her the same story, apart from a few small changes. She would wrap her hoof around her shoulder and comfort her the best she could.
After a few years, she came home to yelling. She went upstairs to see their parents arguing through Eclipse’s door. After their parent’s left, she politely knock on the door and it swung open. Eclipse was sitting on the edge of her bed with her head hanging. Her mask was against the wall with a crack going down from the top to the left eye. She levitated it over with her and placed it on to cheer Eclipse up. Eclipse giggled and smiled at Solstice.
After a few years of bringing item s that Eclipse needed, she brought a strange book home. The book was black with a silver lace around the spine with no name or picture on the front or back. She left Eclipse with the book, but had a strange feeling about it.
One night, She went to tell Eclipse good night and noticed that her bag was pack, she didn’t say anything, once she got back to her room, she quickly packed and wait for Eclipse outside the house. It wasn’t long before Eclipse walked out and halted. Solstice walked up to her and said as she closed the door, “Come on, let’s get going.” Then they decided to head to the badlands for Eclipse to practice her magic.
After Eclipse got the hang of it, they moved to Manehattan, where Solstice became a cop, so she can protect others and Eclipse. Once they got to their apartments, they noticed for the first time that they had their cuite marks.
