Well, she started off as a very curious pony. She loved nature so she would always be outside. Then she'd explore the flowers and the plants around her, discovering that each one had a potential and magical property. She loves magic -- but she's not a unicorn. So she would try to reap magic in little forms like with herbs, plants, silly reactions like poison joke, etc. Eventually, she became so talented in studying these properties that she got her cutie mark! (Btw that was an exciting moment for me too xD ) So, she took her passions to a little shack she built in the EverFree forest where she could study and mix ingredients in peace. Healed some friends or helped to change their hair color, etc. And boom --Made enough donations to actually start her own business. But! She's caused a lot of.... let's say... friction due to the unpredictability and side effects of some potions. So, some people made rumors that she was doing it on purpose or was just flat out evil. Alchemy / potion making became a stigma around her. So, she basically moved away and now runs a "beauty shop" with "beauty products" that are time and tested and proven to be effective enough for her to guarantee nothing will go wrong apart from the promise. And now she lives that comfortable life as is c:

She's very courteous, kind, warm, welcoming. It comes in her nature as a salespony. She's used to dealing with new people and how to approach them in a warm sense, however, she's very reserved. And her professionalism may come off as cold to someone who may try to poke further beyond that.

However, to her close friends or those who *have* managed to go further than that, she is warm, sincere, loving, loyal, sentimental, kind, adventurous, goofy, and silly. 

Her personality is very much like Fluttershy (shy and kind), Pinkie Pie (goofy and loves to laugh) and Applejack in terms of sincerity - with close friends
Her personality is very much like Twilight (studious) Rainbow Dash (competitive) Rarity (generosity) for formal friends/customers

She's got a pink coat, like Pinkie Pie I'd say? Purple mane like Rarity or Twilight with golden streaks (pastel yellow) there Is a lock of yellow that curls over her forehead and resembles that of a crescent moon.

Her eyes are aquamarine blue and curious

Even though she is a small pony, her figure is svelte so she looks tall even though she is small.

The moment she got her cutie mark was huge to me! For so long I struggled to figure out what it was. When it eventually came to me, I felt the ignite of happiness with her!
