Crescendo is higher, and has a stronger muscle build, then most stallions. He has a yellow coat, and an orange mane that has a blue streaks in it, his mane is a bit messy, but it suits his apperance. He has ice blue eyes, and he always wears an orange bow tie

Or to make it sound better, to be the 'star that lights up the way' Or to be more blunt, he is a morale boosterCrescendo Star always wears a friendly smile, and has a positive atmosphere about him. He is a 'no one bosses me around' stallion, so he might have problems listening to other ponies. Crescendo is probably one of the most honest ponies in Equestria, which is sometimes a great thing, and sometimes a bad thing when he cannot avoid hurting a pony's feelings. Crescendo is also somepony who will try to help you out with things he knows about. If it's something he doesn't know anything about, then he will usually say: "I don't have the guidance you seek".
Crescendo is also a pretty smart and creative pony even though he may not look like it with his goofy demeanour, and he is always up for a talk. His greatest downfall is however his lag of self forgiveness. Crscendo can't handle making mistakes, so when he makes a mistake, he fixes it ASAP

His father was a famous singer and poet while his mother was a model. Crescendo grew up in a wealthy family. As a foal, he always wanted to learn how to play the piano. So his father decided to teach him, with the aid of a professional pianist. It didn't take long before Crescendo became good at the piano. In fact, he was so good that he became the lead piano player in the Jr Canterlot Orchestra. While playing there he first saw Octavia, who would become his first crush, but unfortunately Crescendo lacked the confidence to approach her at the time.
Crescendo was so good at playing the piano that his dad expected that to be his cutie mark, but that was not to be the case. He started at a private school when he was old enough. He was not really popular, nor was he bullied, but he had quite a few friends because of his positive attitude. He got his cutie mark when he was a foal. Crescendo became tired of watching the bullies do despicable things to a filly in his class, like hitting her and breaking her personal things, and so one day he helped her out, he stood up for her while she was being bullied, which led to him getting hurt, and ever since the incident he has always been there to cheer her up, and to offer her guidance.
When he was slightly older, Crescendo joined a martial arts club, both because of his fascination with the art and because he wanted to better protect his friend. He really enjoyed Karate, so as a teenager, Crescendo was a black belt. His intense training changed him in a many ways. He gained a lot more self control and stamina, and he got to help out the filly but at the same time lost the ability to handle failure due his harsh trainer who punished him severely for even a single mistake, and because he himself had never been forgiving of mistakes.
Crescendo went on to study psychology. As an Adult. Crescendo began to work as a trainer at a new club, which was far better then the last. He has given a lot of fillies and colts confidence and motivation, because of his gift for raising his students' morale. About 2 hears later, Crescendo moved to Ponyville, where he became a psychologist at Ponyville's hospital. His martial arts however did not fit in Ponyville, a relatively peaceful town, so he built a cabin in the everfree to train his skills. He also has a piano in his house, that he ocasionly plays so that he'll not get bad at playing the piano. He is also the best piano player in ponyville, which means that he plays at all the events in ponyville. At present, Crescendo lives a peaceful life in Ponyville
