Appearance: Adar is a griffon with pale cream plumage and a fawn-red body. She is blind snd as a result her eyes are a milky white. Her beak and legs are both light brown. Due to the same birth defect that left her blind, she is unable to fly, and her back legs are stiff, making it hard for her to walk. She often uses a wheelchaiir.<br /><br />Adar has several scars on her right side.

Cutie Mark: While griffons have no cutie marks, Adar has the ability to "see" people using her other senses, which are hightened due to her lack of one. She's a good judge of character.

Personality: Adar is a fairly cating griffon. She likes to care for others and strives to be a doctor. Unlike most griffons, she has a tolerance for ponies, but she's wary of them all the same. She's very weak and easily gets sick. <br />She was shunned by her peers, but it allowed her to grow as a person, and she attempts to be compassionate to everyone she can be to.

Backstory: Wherlchair-bound and blind since birth, Adar was an easy target fir bullies and for the manticores that often attacked their village. In one such attack, she was mildly injured, but rescued by her brother Nos, at the cost of several of his limbs. She relies heavily on him.<br /><br />She was to train with the healer of her village, but after her death shortly after the apprenticeship the new healer refused to train her due to her disabilities.<br /><br />She left with her brother a little while after this to start a new life elsewhere.
