Appearance: Annex is a tall, proud, and cold unicorn. She has a silvery coat that seems to mimic light along with a short blonde-ish mane that she often keeps tied out of her eyes. She has fairly colourless eyes which are very large and searching; some say that she is able to "see right through them".<br /><br />Annex has longer ears than most ponies, and they are tufted. As a result, she also has quite good hearing.<br /><br />She is very skinny, almost painfully so.

Personality: Annex is haughty and dislikes most ponies. She often will poke fun at them and their overly cheerful attitudes, stating that it is incredibly abnormal and makes them "weak". While she doesn't have much of an ego, she is incredibly concerned about her own personal pride, and is loathe to show that others have even touched it (especially Zenith).<br /><br />Preferring to be alone to work, Annex is a very accomplished glassblower; through the use of her ability, she is able to fuse glass with harder substances, enabling her to fashion glass that is strong enough to use as weapons and armours. She, however, doesn't sell these wondrous creations, and as a result often resorts to petty crime in order to make a living.<br /><br />Especially mistrustful of pegasi, Annex lives in the the country to avoid contact with others. Her only real friend is Zenith, whom she has "business" relations with, and she often practices archery in order to arm herself against her enemies. As a result, Annex is very fond of the sport, and often uses it as part of her schemes. <br /><br />Annex has personal history with the Skylance family, and she makes it her goal to eradicate them along with their affiliations. Despite her tough exterior, Annex is prone to holding long and fatal grudges, and she will often make errors in order to try and accomplish something else.

Backstory: (NOTE: Due to the fact that this is heavily based off of an action-based RPG-styled roleplay series, it does not entirely fit within the canon.)<br /><br />Annex had a very average, even boring, childhood. Growing up on a small village on the outskirts of the borders of Equestria, she was often faced with the gloomy prospect of nothing to do.<br />Her parents, both pegasi who searched the desert-like conditions for water for the village, sensed her tired sort of way and arranged to have her work with a local artist for a few weeks to pick up some things to do at home. However, Annex seemed disinterested in anything much but the beautiful figures of glass that the villagers prayed with, and demanded lessons in how to make them.<br />Despite the excited filly, the artist was wary, but was soon delighted as she produced - on her first try - a nearly perfect vase, which she proudly presented to her parents. Though pleased with their daughter, they were even more excited by the offer of an apprenticeship that he extended. <br /><br />Over the next seven years, Annex toiled. Over time, her ability exceeded that of her master, and he allowed her to control that section of the shop. Soon, they were even shipping throughout Equestria and even over the border to Saddle Arabia. The village was renowned for its "unbreakable" glass.<br /><br />However, when relations with the Saddle Arabians turned sour, the Royal Army was sent to the borders to patrol. Now faced with boorish soldiers every night, the village was starting to feel slightly nervous.<br />Once Annex's talent had been discovered when a soldier knocked a delicate statue to the ground, revealing its shatter-proof qualities, they demanded that she create some for them. Though loathe to do so due to her lack of material necessary to even create the item, let alone her skill, resulted in fairly shoddy work. The guards accepted it without payment and began to use it to to its lightweight properties.
