Personality: Arisaka is known for his confident personality, although he sometimes becomes too cocky when he ends up making mistakes, such as accidentaly tripping himself while performing a karate kick, even though he is fairly skilled at karate. Nonetheless, he is a caring Earth Pony, despite being silent at times, and is known for his superb chef skills when he was a young colt. Arisaka does not speak English very much, but can understand what everypony is saying. He also speaks with a Japanese accent, much like Split Wire, who speaks with a distinctive Russian accent, although he speaks with a short, quick sentence and talks in the third person at times. he is also overly-excited whenever he encounters a ponyfolk, in which he tends to shout as a form of greeting due to his overly-positive mood.

Backstory: Born in Koba Town, Arisaka have always wanted to become top chef by making the best sushi in Equestria. However, his dream was no easy task, as he made one mistake to the next, as his efforts were all for naught. Eventually, he made the perfect sushi in front of his customers, thus earning his Cutie Mark; a pair of chopsticks and a sushi. As he grew older, he decides to set his journey to Ponyville, in hopes to impress the Ponyville folk with his cooking skills by making the tastiest and most edible sushi in Equestria. After his long journey, however, his exhaustion has somehow impaired his cooking skills, which had left him unimpressed before his arrival, although despite his condition, Arisaka still vows to prove the ponyfolk what he is capable of.<br /><br />He meets up with the three ponies, Split Wire, Rip Tide, and Techie, and have impressed the trio with his impressive cooking skills and the trio have approved not only Arisaka's skill, but also his tasteful sushis he gave to the three. Since then, Arisaka resides in Ponyville, still pursuing his dream in hoping to impress everypony with his amazing cooking skills.
