Appearance: Unlike most ponies, Assurance is a bat pony. Her eyes are like Nightmare Moons, except they are purple. Her mane and tail are a messy dark purple. Her wings are larger then normal and bat wings.

Cutie Mark: A sheild for her ability to guard well. Or to be a night guard. Take your pick.

Personality: Despite being a Lunar Guard, Assurance is shy and feeble. She isn't assertive and avoids trouble. She is commonly used as a courier.<br /><br />She is quite quick, and is the fastest among the lunar guards. She is one of the few bat ponies that ponies do not run away from, as word has spread she hasn't harmed a fly. How, do you ask, she's a guard then? She runs and alarms the Princesses if trouble arises. If there is one pony that can deliver a message to anyone no matter what the weather, it's Assurance.<br /><br />She isn't good with words, but excellent at organization. She has great hearing, so sometimes she's asked to criticize the choir from Canterlot Schools.<br /><br />In short: She's shy, but willing to stand up for her rights, and never harms a fly. <br /><br />

Backstory: Born by two bat ponies in the country of Nocturnia, she and the village of Vampris immigrated to Canterlot when she was just a filly. She soon grew up, and she was failing school. She needed a job, but the guards wouldn't take her - not yet, they said. She was confused and asked why, Celestia told them it was orders, who told her in return.<br /><br />Then it was like somepony had waved a magic wand. Luna returned and a opening for the night guard was opened. She feebly signed up and got accepted. Now she's one of the guards that patrols the castles at night and is commonly used as a courier to send messages accross Equestria. Name a place, chances are shes been there. She's an excellent storyteller too.<br /><br />She got her cutie mark when she signed up for hte guard.<br /><br />She and my other Oc, Dreamwish, are best friends. They met at childhood.
