Backstory: An unfair upbringing has left this pony in a dire state. Only 'Elixir Charm'(http://mlpforums.com/page/roleplay-characters/_/elixir-charm-r5667) was empathetic towards the vunrable filly during her early days.<br />As both partners in crime and friends till the end, they cannot be separated. "Bella's" name was created by Elixir to resemble her underlying beauty.<br /><br />Soon after Hue was raised by Elixir, she discovered she could magically cloak herself, becoming invisible for a short time. She used this unique ability to make a living in the shadowy darkness of the cityscape. The more she uses this strange ability the longer the spells duration lasts.
