Species: Earth Pony

Appearance: Birdsong is an earth pony with a pale lavender coat. Her mane is brown with streaks of golden, and reaches to the middle of her neck. She keeps it tied up with a clip. Birdsong's eyes are a dull amber, and she has a single eyelash on each eye. She usually goes around wearing a feather around her neck.

Cutie Mark: Birdsong's cutie mark is a music note with a brown feather stem. A silvery violet swirl surrounds it.<br /><br />Her special talent is imitating birds and singing like them. She also feels like she has a special connection to them as well, often talking to them. The swirl is possibly just for stylistic reasons, or the elegance of her music, sometimes.

Personality: Birdsong can be a fairly well known pony, but for all the wrong reasons. <br /><br />She likes to talk to birds or air, and can be anywhere, from in a tree to perched in a birdbath. Birdsong isn't very intelligent, and is also lazy, usually putting off important stuff until the last minute. Really forgetful as well. Also somewhat scatterbrained. She can act immature sometimes, and enjoys playing with nature and its birds. Because of this she is irresponsible, and not always trusted.<br /><br />She is often looked at as crazy, from claiming shes a bird or making random 'bird noises' in a conversation, if she even bothers to answer at all. <br /><br />Birdsong is somewhat self centered, thinking about herself first. She avoids conversations because she'll feel awkward. Even though she feels this way, she may occasionally try to converse, usually ending in disaster.<br /><br />She goes with the flow of life, usually not minding unexpected changes.<br /><br />Birdsong's imagination is weird, and filled with birds. She may talk about it in public.<br /><br />However, if befriended and somehow manages to come out of her feathers, you can find the light inside her. She is actually trustworthy and can keep a secret, despite what others say. She's playful, sometimes when not being annoying. Although she is somewhat self centered, if proven to be a great friend, Birdsong will consider you second, before other ponies. Only sometimes though. However, she'll stay loyal to her friends, if they consider her a good friend. <br /><br />Birds hold a special place to her, and Birdsong talk to them, and believes she knows how they feel.
