Appearance: As Keith: Pale skin, at 6'0". Green hair, blue eyes, slightly overweight. Wears black jeans, blue shirt. Wears transformation bracelet. <br /><br />As Blades: Slightly muscular build, tan skin, black hair, green eyes. Suit is slightly armored on arms , is mostly dark green, with motorcycle helmet that's forest green with a tinted visor. Has green laser blades that protrude from the outside of the arms as well as laser blade skates, also green.

Personality: As Keith: Mainly introverted, and stoic. Is quite passive in the face of aggression, and will only fight once attacked.<br /><br />As Blades: Fun-loving, and quite aggressive. Almost like Deadpool, but doesn't go too far.

Backstory: Keith was a normal kid with a normal life until he turned 12, when he discovered his power to shapeshift. He would use his power to pull pranks on others, but never did anything wrong. When he turned 15, he discovered his other power. He called it the Quick-Step, as it allowed him to counter attacks at super speed, but not allow him to actually be super speedy. It was at this point when he started doing criminal things, starting with shoplifting, until he started robbing banks. Keith disappeared from his hometown at age 16,and wasn't seen there again. He now resides at Tollopolis, and goes by Blades, as one of the things he stole, was a high tech bracelet that transforms a person, Power Rangers style, giving them an armored suit and laser blades. As Blades, he's become more of an antihero, but will occasionally steal.
