Cutie Mark: <p> Her cutie mark is frozen heart with pen tru midle of it.<br /> Heart stand for her ability to help and heal living creature around Equestria.<br /> Pen represent her way of communication with other.<br /> And frozen heart sten for her lack of emotion for world around her. </p>

Personality: <p> She was never able to speak,and because of it she use pen and paper to communicate with other.<br /> She is cold mare to stranger,but litle frienldy to person she know for some time.<br /> She is a mare thet dont show her emotion easy,and because of thet in many situation her words on paper speak more then her action.<br /><br /> Blair love nature,and likes to draw.<br /> Blair most hate fire,as fire make quick work out of her papers. </p>

Backstory: <p> Blair was born in tribe of Lunites as older sister from Stealshout family.<br /><br /> Unlike her sister Blair did not got her voice with her age,and for some time she was unable to communicate with world around her.She tryed as best as she could but her voice would not show.And as such this was a point in her life when she started to lose interest in world around her.Slowe but steady emotion from her face gone to simple be just another word on paper.<br /><br /> As she grow older,she started to train in art of healing.She did not liked combat so much,but in her tribe litle ponys,had to have some skill,and this looked like easyest and quickest thing.<br /> In her tribe ponys thet weared armor were thos not skiled much in combat,and because of it she had to wear it too.At frst it was too havy for her,but after some time she stoped careing and it just becomed one with her.<br /><br /> As time gone by,Blair never learned to love there Godess of Moon like her sister did.To Blair this was just some useless information she had to remember for no reson,and so she never learned full history of there godess.<br /><br /> As she growed,she started to faind easyer ways to talk to people on long distances.She found thet bow and arrow are good for sending messages flying from one side of her litle tribe village to the other side.And as for this,she started carying bow with her at all times,with couple of arrow.<br /><br /> As her age hit 26 she started going farther and farther from her village,and in this moments she found one thing she loved to do-exploring the unknown.And so as one hot summer day she picked up some food,lot of paper and some arrows and started moving in the unknown. </p>
