Appearance: Blither has a long, light sea-foam green mane that extends from the widow's peak that begins at his horn, around the back of his head in a crescent shape that curls right back around over his cheek.
Because of his long hair, big eyes & soft voice this petite, powder-blue unicorn comes off as effeminate enough to be frequently mistaken for a mare.
Cutie Mark: A teardrop shape inside of, and tilted diagonally, a large, circular bubble
Personality: Being the eldest of the family, Blither is likely the only one that still remembers having had a parent. While it hasn't ever been said explicitly to him, he has the self-enforced feeling that he has to be the mediator and glue to the diverse characters of the family. His usually submissive nature leads him to doubt himself frequently & so he can't speak up well enough to actually make his brothers do anything so he'll wind up being dismissed even in the rare cases he does actually know what to do.

The most empathetic and, arguably, the most intelligent in the family, he can typically be found in the wake of the more boisterous siblings apologizing profusely for the inevitable havoc that seems to follow the family around.

While Blither's magic is entirely self-taught, he tends to not think ahead about results & side-effects, a spot of misfortune the family is currently plagued by.

Blither is shy, oblivious, a nervous talker, considerate and rather whimpery. To put it as bluntly & alliteratively as the third-eldest in the family : he is "A Wishy-Washy,Weak-Willed Wafflin' Wussy!"
Backstory: As the one that's been around the longest, it has always been up to Blither to keep the family more or less together and to keep the backbiting to a manageable minimum. Still, between the constant brawls and antics that usually keep the family on the move and the incessant chatter of always being around five of your siblings, what Blither always wanted was some peace & quiet. After years of study & practice Blither managed to cast a spell to gain him just that...but, perhaps that is a story that is best left to...a larger body of work.
