Personality: Blue Hurricane is cocky and self assured in his speed. He is a fairly decent strategist so as long as his head is clear. He loses his head when someone out speeds or surprises him. Blue Hurricane is very vain and touts himself as "the Fastest in the Universe". He finds battles entertaining so as long as he isn't hurt.

Backstory: Blue Hurricane was just a particularily fast foal when after being bullied, he took his revenge. Blue Hurricane got his revenge by rapidly spinning around the bully, delivering blows from all sides. While this altercation gave him his Cutie Mark, it also led to him being sent to prison. He grew up in prison until he was set free 20 years later by parole. Blue Hurricane decided to go over a new leaf as being sent to prison again was not a priority. He decided that he could feed his ego in races that he gambled in, always confident in his speed. Eventually, Blue Hurricane won enough cash through these races that he was able to get himself a house. When that happened, Blue Hurricane decided that he needed a bigger thrill in life. He sold his house and decided to become a an operator for a mob boss who happened to be the bully from 22 years ago. Blue Hurricane now works on the cases that normal goons can't handle, albeit for a hefty price.
