Appearance: Cain is very diminutive. Everything about her is tiny. As a very sickly mare, she always wears a heavy white scarf about her neck.<br />She is pale brown (slightly lighter than in her photograph) and has a dark navy-blue bobbed mane. <br />Cain has milky eyes with no pupil as she is blind. However, they are often red-rimmed on the outside of her iris. Her body is usually shaking and she is prone to seizures. She has sores on her body.

Cutie Mark: Cain's cutie mark is a blank white eye with a question mark where the pupil should be, representing her ability to "see" beyond other creatures (basically read into them) and have near-clairvoyance.

Personality: Cain is usually fairly quiet. She doesn't like to draw attention, but due to her unusual abilities and her ailment she normally does. Though she grew up fussed over, she did not become spoiled or pampered, preferring a life of quiet simplicity. Her parents try to avoid her, as does her sister; the only one she is close to is her brother Braw. Oftentimes she feels wild loneliness and despair, and she hates her "disability" as it cripples her from living like a normal pony. However, she has an extremely strong empathy for others, to the point of being able to "read" how others are feeling and judge their character well.<br />She has seizures often and is usually cooped up in her bed, rarely let outside. When she is, due to her difficulty walking, her brother will push her about in a wheelchair.

Backstory: The youngest of the powerful Rhyfelgri clan, Cain was born incredibly sick. Her parents, both diplomats, had had had two influential children before her, and quickly shunned her, forcing her to stay with nannies in a smaller part of their mansion, a prisoner in her own home. In fact, she only met her parents once a year, when the visited from their travels to quickly drop off a birthday gift and leave as soon as possible. As a result, she grew up very lonely, having no companions and the occasional visit from her elder brother, Braw, who grew attached to his little sister.<br />When she was a child she discovered she could read people well despite being unable to see them; she could almost sense what they were thinking, which earned her her cutie mark. Besides this, she displayed almost no magical abilities, struggling with even basic levitation, which she still cannot do. This shocked her parents further, and they stopped visiting her at all. She has not seen them in nine years.<br />Eventually Cain managed to smuggle herself out thanks to help from her brother. They were soon caught by Carys, the middle child, and both returned to their home, ruining the family name. Furious, their parents chose to shun them, and they both stay locked inside. However, they are still plotting their escape, waiting for a moment...
