Personality: Shy and borderline anti-social, she's never been the "life of the party" under most circumstances and prefers night over day as the brilliant and numerous constellations of the void of space are plastered clear as crystals over the Western Equestrian sky.

Backstory: Born and raised in Appleoosa to settler earth pony parents, Carina was never too enthusiastic about the usual drudging and labor involved in frontier life. Often times she'd escape from her designated chores and work for long camping trips in the mountains to the west with her homemade telescope. She developed a friendship with a local scout, Presto Vox, whom she consults to this day.
