Personality: Chall is a friendly but competitive earth pony who likes to get involved in a variety of different activities and always looks for new challenges with an open mind. Though very bright, can often be headstrong and stubborn and sometimes loses sight of how others feel in the heat of a competition, not purposely of course as he cares for the well being of everypony around him very much. Despite his appearance, he can actually be very sensitive as well

Backstory: Born in Fillydelphia, Chall was a very outgoing young colt. Born and only child. He was very bright in class, was a regular athlete, and had an interest in music. He won a variety of competitions. In his spare time he also likes to read and write books, and liked to play "casual" games with friends, though regardless he always took every game seriously. As he grew up, Chall wanted to settle someplace new, and meet new people and try out new things. Chall moved to Ponyville at the age of 17 in search of new experiences and to meet new ponies.
