Appearance: Charming Knight has a pure white coat which he cares for well enough, every once in a while becoming absorbed with some dirt in his coat. His mane and tail are a mix of black and a dark green, his hair always being combed over to the sides.

Cutie Mark: A simple chess piece knight. Charming Knight earned it while he was a filly in school because he would often see ways to solve problems that weren't obvious to other ponies, thus his thinking represented the movement of the knight chess piece.

Personality: Charming Knight can often seem, not very Charming. He is easily uncomfortable in social situations, but once he relaxes he can be quite the character. He cares deeply for his friends and is willing to help anypony with any problems they might have. He is utterly smitten by Rarity, but prefers to admire her from afar rather than risk ruining any type of friendship they might have.

Backstory: Charming Knight loves to read, write, and even draw some. He enjoys stories of brave heroes and evil dragons and he spends a lot of time borrowing books from Twilight. He actually enjoys playing chess, even though he isn't very good, he enjoys the mental challenge. The young colt has a knack for business and he runs a small store in Ponyville with boards games and hobby toys. He has quite an eye for fashion even though he doesn't seem to dress up very often himself.
