Appearance: red fur and multi shades of blue in mane and tail hair is wild and messy like rainbow dashes but blue and my tail is short and messy is short in size and has blue eyes and a small nose

Cutie Mark: cutie mark is an speach bubble with fast dash marks (means he talks alot and he is quite quick)it has dotted lines inside the bubble

Personality: is very chatty and likest to run and fly alot is very friendly can be quite silly but is quite smart and likeable

Backstory: was rejected as an friend but was soon liked and is now helpful and likes to mess around alot and play with friends (adaptible to RPs)
