Personality: She get frustrated very easy. Like making friends. However, doesn't have a special somepony, but fells in love easily. Cares about little things in the others.

Backstory: Born in Cloudsdale.<br />She met RD in the past, but Cipha was older and was a level up in flying school.<br />Cipha never liked travelling too fast.<br />In her class, she was the strongest in midair. And her capacity of good planning before travelling made Cipha get her cutie mark.<br />Nowadays, she works as merchant. Usually carries boxes with things to sell.
