Personality: Cipolla, from her looks, appears to be a sweet young mare with a love for cooking.<br /><br />...well, she has a love for cooking anyway.<br /><br />She's actually a rather tough young woman with zero tolerance for anyone's nonsense. A short temper and a passion for her craft makes for a volatile combination.<br />She has a confrontational streak, and makes sure to deal with any complaints personally.<br /><br />However, those on her good side will find a tough but goodnatured mare with the cajones to stand up to anypony she must for anypony she wants.<br /><br />She is also close to her parents, and is knowledgeable about both their walks of life. She also has a distaste for smoking.

Backstory: Cipolla is the second daughter of Don Panzanella, the leader of the Manehattan Mafia. She developed a love for cooking at an early age from her mother, who worked as head chef at the restaurant "Pomodoro's", which was owned by her father-in-law and acted as a front for the Panzanella Family's less than legal dealings. <br /><br />Cipolla stuck close to her parents growing up - her mother teaching her how to cook and her father teaching her 'the family business' when she was old enough.<br />With her tough take-no-nonsense attitude, she became quite an enforcer in her father's gang, not afraid to get her hooves dirty.<br /><br />Nowadays, as well as moonlighting as a part of her father's business, she is also head chef at Pomodoro's.
