Appearance: A silvery gray coat with a light blue mane and tail. His mane is styled much like dr. whooves. He is physically fit and athletic.

Cutie Mark: A cloud with one half white and the other half dark with a lightning bolt coming out of it. It symbolizes his natural skill with weather manipulation.

Personality: Cloud is a carefree and spirited individual who loves adventure. When he isnt out looking for adventure and excitement, he can be seen practicing his aerial tricks or swimming, or just generally finding something fun to do. He is outgoing and friendly to all he meets, though if he is disrespected he can be rather sarcastic.

Backstory: (Subject to change to fit certain rp criteria)<br /><br />Cloud was born and raised in the city of Cloudsdale, his father was a weather changer and his mother helped in color creation for the rainbows. Though he loved his home, Cloud Chaser realized that he always had trouble staying in one place for too long. All his life he wondered what else there was to see, what all he could do out beyond the floating city of pegasi. After saving enough bits to venture on his own, Cloud said goodbye to his home and set off to see what he could find.
