Cutie Mark: Her Cutie mark is a pair of hearts and a cloud in between, one of the hearts being bluish-green, the other being black. Her special talent? She can attract almost anyone into giving her what she wants.

Personality: Cloud Nine is VERY childish and energetic. Usually prancing around town humming music, she can usually be seen during the day helping her friends. <br /><br />Cloud Nine can be very michevious to others. Maybe to just get a good laugh to escape boredom. She can easily become bored if nothing is available for her to do.<br /><br />She doesn't usually get mad, however she will cry easily if things don't go her way. Making her more of a cry-baby than a hot-head.<br /><br />She isn't very cooperative at times, and she is very easy to trick/decieve. She gives trust to everypony she meets. Treating them as if they were already friends. <br /><br />Can be very excitable. Good news from her friends can usually brighten her day.

Backstory: Sky Hue was born in suburb of Detrot called Yipsawhinny. Her parents both being weather patrol, she usually was home with her babysitter, but with not enough attention, as she was usually left alone in her room.<br /><br />She kept wrecking stuff pretending them to be clouds, and usually wouldn't be punished for it, because she always apologized to her parents. Whom were very lax on raising her. Her babysitter however was strict so she was a little scared of her.<br /><br />She fared well during her past school years, and is now in a public school part of the time. She is head of the school's recreational student council… Which she struggled with at first, but is eventually getting better with.<br /><br />She is currently a volunteer at weather patrol, and is a member of Yipsawhinny's Regional Park Kids Club.
